  1. Well, for the resolution problem, here is a comparison:
  2. Seven asses.
  3. Happy Poneday.
  4. Pics or didn't happen.
  5. Except Tosh is not funny.... at all. He's about the same as RWJ. NigaHiga is actually still funny. Probably because his jokes don't all center around insulting other people. Toby is just random and I used to watch his videos but stopped after he started doing CWFs.
  6. LAN PARTY!!!!!!! Did one this week already.
  7. I need to get a pic of Atlas sleeping. Usually he is lying spread out like in the pictures above, except his head and front legs are turned to the side. Somehow he finds that a comfortable position.
  8. Got a week left and not sure what to do with it. :/
  9. It's not cool if you acknowledge it.
  10. It does, stud.
  11. This is exactly what I am afraid of. It is already going this way on PC and if we support half-assness as big as this, the future is going to be grim.
  12. I still need to watch Star Wars as well :/ Have watched LotR, though and really like it. We'll see what SW can bring to the table.
  13. ltwPzoh2Yb8 Right in the feelings.
  14. Yeah, that's why I'm asking. I am not sure what level of worried I am supposed to feel here. OT: Getting kind of addicted to an online flash game similar to Tribal Wars.
  15. Whether a game is properly adjusted to the platform it is on must be taken into account whether is game good or not. For example Duke3D is(the what I've played of it) pretty good. The android version, however, is pretty bad because playing with dual sticks on a touch screen is an awful.
  16. 103.7 what?
  17. I don't think I have, since you bring in another angle. The problem is that when you are developing for another platform you have to do it properly. As with another car example, if you buy a Lamborghini you don't expect it to have wheels of a mountain bike. It's a similar issue as with FOV. A console is not the same as a PC, therefor you will have to adjust the game as necessary. And it is not like this a big thing. A single modder has made the framework for the mod in a week and implemented it for the game within minutes after release. If a big studio with multiple professional developers cannot do that than it is nothing but pure laziness. Granted, we will have to wait for the mod to be fully tested for the whole game to see if there maybe is a huge, unfixable, gamebreaking bug that caused developers to not do it. If so I will rethink my opinion, but I am not holding my breath.
  18. Ubisofts business plan: 1. Blame pirates for bad sales 2. Release game plagued with "anti-piracy measures", which only affect the legal consumer 3. Game gets pirated because of said anti-piracy measures 4. Blame piracy for bad sales 5. Repeat for endless loss of sales
  19. If I pay 40 bucks I deserve proper icing. It's like buying a Lamborghini with a wooden chair as a driver seat.
  20. Because when I pay 40 dollars for a game I expect quality and polish. A fan released a mod less than 30 minutes after the release increasing the internal rendering to 1080p! This is just extremely lazy and I think that is insulting to the consumer.
  21. Gonna shave and go be slightly social.
  22. I get that. But there is a certain standard games really need to adhere to. For god's sake, even Minecraft properly renders at 1080p resolution. Another thing is that in certain games FPS is a pretty big deal. Because it completely changes the feel of the game. Kind of off-topic but DNF not only looked bad from a technical standpoint but also from a aesthetics one.
  23. So is Sleeping Dogs, but from what I've heard that was a very good one. Just because it is a console port doesn't mean it has to be bad. This, however, seems like a lazy cash in.
  24. It's a pirated version of the stuff they are going to ship on PC. It shouldn't look like that. It shouldn't run at 30 FPS either. I think it's almost insulting to ask people to pay 40 bucks for something the developers didn't put the slightest shred of effort into.
