This was a GREAT episode. So many ridiculous moments and great dialog. You can't even blame Freeman at this point for going insane.

Just going to add that this almost certainly isn't a decision of Rocksteady (the developer). Warner Brothers (the publisher) probably (late in the process) demanded that they separate part of the game for this code system, so that customers are more likely to buy the game new. Generally, the creatives at the developer don't choose to do something like this. It comes from the accountants/marketing executives at the publisher.

The problem I had with Bioshock was that while it may have been thematically interesting, the whole experience was dumbed down by ludicrous and unfun gameplay.

You get the Catwoman content for free with a new copy of the game, so yes, it IS included when paying full price. It's just there to discourage consumers from buying used copies.

You're not talking to me, but I'll answer anyway. Flare gun is the best Pyro secondary, but Detonator works quite well too. The reserve shooter is best used by a character that can easily knock enemies into the air. Since the best (most overpowered) Pyro primary, the Backburner, makes airblast very expensive, I'd suggest not using the reserve shooter.

Just managed to beat all of the new levels by myself on two controllers. The main challenge was really just figuring out the solutions. Most of the synchronized button presses were easy to pull off with good planning.

I tried Bioshock for a few hours and the gameplay was just bad. Is Bioshock 2 any better?

Here's guessing the stuff that's there now is just people submitting their old stuff that never got accepted in the old system. That and MS paint drawings with item descriptions. Those are just making me sorry for Valve.

Just finished Ico in HD. Quite a good game, but just as frustrating to play as I remember.

I think you're missing the point of the Nolan films. His batman films are a lot like his movie Inception. They aren't supposed to be strictly realistic. They're set in a realistic world, with key elements shifted towards fantasy. The world and the characters form naturally around these changes and react in a realistic way towards the fantastical elements.

Ratchet 2's boss fight was certainly the hardest of the series. I was around 10 at the time, and I spent around 3 weeks upgrading all of my weapons to finally beat the game.

I'd say the game that actually made me like playing games at a very young age was Myst.
