If I had to make a top 10: 1. Duke Nukem 3D Simply put, this is the best FPS ever made. The humor, the interactivity, etc etc etc. It's all excellent. Though when Duke Nukem Forever comes out, it's most likely going to top this. 2. Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit The best racer I have ever played, excellently balancing arcade fun with realism. And it's really fun to play with someone else. 3. Fallout 2 Probably the biggest, most epic, and hardest RPG I've played. If a game lets me become a porn star, then it's doing something right. 4. Doom 3 Doom 3 is what Doom SHOULD have been. 5. Super Metroid The best in the franchise. The final boss was epic as ever. I am proud to say I have completed it with 100% items. 6. Fallout 3 Not as good as Fallout 2 but it gets kudos for putting you in the shoes of the protagonist, rather than above him/her. 7. Tetris I have this game permanently installed on my mobile phone. Why? Because Tetris is the most addictive game in existence. 8. Command & Conquer Tiberian Dawn The best in the franchise for me, mostly because it was the first RTS I played. The cutscenes alone make it worthwhile. 9. Tomb Raider II The games rarely got as good as this one ever again, which is kinda sad. Excellent story, excellent graphics (for the time) and excellent gameplay makes this a gem of action/adventure games. 10. MDK One of the most underrated games ever. The first one to do a sniper rifle good.

Because the topic is about it?

I suppose you're not joking then.

Personally, my opinion is that shoutboxes detract from the forum and makes people do less posts and makes them less active in the actual forum. If people want to chat, I prefer if they keep it to MSN or PM's. in my opinion the reason this forum is so active is because it doesn't have a shoutbox.

That's more of an aesthetic thing and it's a matter of taste. I doubt most people are as bothered by it.

Emoticons can make a huge difference if you're being sarcastic or non-serious. Otherwise it can lead to some rather uncomfortable misunderstandings.

I prefer having a gun... I love guns...

I personally love Tomb Raider 1-5 but after that the series got way off course. GoL, while it may not be a Tomb Raider game, feels like a solid arcade style co-op action game, and I love that.

Or both.

I'm more of a Fallout 3 fan. Fallout 3 suits my tastes more.

I obviously just trolling, didn't -rep anyone either. But someone gave me -1 rep anyway xD Some people can't take a joke. Or maybe they just don't like your Wario avatar. XD

Nobody can beat Ross Scott. Ross is God.

Let's just say I have lots of time on my hands and not many forums I find worth visiting. I like being a dedicated member.

That track is awesome, it's so catchy. Right on. The Radio tracks from TD and RA are also some of my favs.

I admit that while I didn't particurarily enjoy the setting or story in Oblivion, the game felt solid as a rock.

I see glitches in Fallout 3 all the time, and that game uses the Gamebryo engine as well.

At least I try not to spam, but have actual content in my posts. As a rule I try not to write less than 3-4 words and have what I write be on topic.

lol, then I hope you won't mind everyone who posted here give you -1 reputation. For testing purposes. I know, I'm deeply ashamed...

Now that you mention it, yes, it is a risk factor.

I've played GoL with my best friend a lot of times. It's a great game.
-
Of course they are. Bethesda's games just have a tendency to glitch more often.
-
No idea what I'm doing on second place but I'm flattered. I'm glad you guys like my posts. ^_^

Honestly? Yeah, surprisingly it is. It's absolutely batshit insane, but really fun to read.

+rep to Luke for an excellent suggestion.

It looks interesting. Some games have tried first person strategy and failed a bit, such as C&C Renegade, which in my opinion is more of a spinoff than an actual C&C game, but I digress.
