Do tell. I am pretty clueless about customizing this thing. Right click on your desktop. Choose "Customize". Then click on "Window Colour" and "Show colour mixer". Here, turn the "Brightness" dial down to zero and watch Windows 7 transform into sexy darkness. You can also turn it transparent, that helps a lot. Here's a screenshot on how to do it (excuse the Norwegian text).

I played Tomb Raider II a lot as well.

You can easily customize the look of Windows 7. I've turned it darker and sexier. =P

Too bad they had to ruin it by mixing in Jay-Z... Linkin Park - Papercut Yeah I know. Whatever, Meteora and Minutes to Midnight are my best favourite albums Hybrid Theory and Meteora are my favourites. Minutes to Midnight didn't have all the elements I liked about them so I kinda passed on that and lost interest in the band. Il Caesar - La Musica Electronica 2001

Yay, Spaz was my favourite one. Hangover rabbit who eats little birds! And his special attack, I think he is a ninja too Yeah. It was always fun playing co-op because both Jazz and Spaz had different special attacks.
-
I've played tons of Jack Jackrabbit 2, especially with my brother. He'd always be Spaz.

You'll survive, I'm sure.

Why would robots need gynecologists?

I actually managed to run Steam in Ubuntu for the short while I was using it. But it was glitchy to say the least.

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit as well. Bought it on finance since it cost quite a bit. I started out using Windows 98SE, then Windows 2000 before I moved on to Windows XP. I've never used Vista. Though I used DOS and Windows 3.1 when I was about 3-4 years old.

I live in hurricane country. It's not usually as bad as tornados and earthquakes, unless you're stupid and live in a city that is technically under sea level. Yeah, I'm talking about you, New Orleans. I don't really worry about much anyway, though. Natures wrath is pretty inescapable, I've just learned to accept that. All we can do is just deal with the effects of it.

What is most important for you in a game?
Alyxx Thorne replied to Kirkreng's topic in Gaming in general
Depends on the game for me. If it has a good storyline then I don't really need good graphics to be drawn into it. But gameplay is also very important. Regarding graphics, as long as they don't look horrible, I'll be okay. Doesn't matter if it's an old EGA DOS game or the latest Crysis game. -
I can see that girl loves Geoffrey's balls.

Respect for food died once the MC brothers invented fast food. and not all food companies treat there animals like that. also you gotta think like a suit, what is cheaper treating the product nicely that would cost more? or treat them like utter crap and make more. Its sadly human nature to go for the get rich option. Well, I know for a fact that a lot of people would love to pay extra for some good conscience.

Yeah, I tried Vista actually and it worked pretty okay for me. But 7 is better.
-
Same here.
-
You're the first person I've seen that uses the term "giraffe balls". XD I grew up playing Need For Speed 3: Hot Pursuit, personally.
-
To each his own. It's still a good game in my opinion. But I can understand little details like that can bother some people.
-
Personally, I loved XP. Vista was a headache. 7 is pretty nice though, I like it. Same here. 7 is pretty much Vista without the suckage.
-
It's funny that during Vista's short lifespan, more people used XP than Vista.
-
Yeah, I've played it on my brother's PS3. It's an awesome game. I've also played Burnout Takedown on XBox with a friend and I remember I loved it. But that's more than a coincidence considering Criterion, the developers of Hot Pursuit, are responsible for the Burnout series.

Aside from the hard components of a computer and the BIOS, the Operating System is the most important thing, software-wise. From the old days of DOS and Unix-based systems, to our current days of Windows 7, the Operating System has allowed us to communicate with our computer and allowed us to use it for virtually every application there is. What OS are you using at the moment? I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate.
