I started a new Super Metroid game today.

I never forget the time when I reached him on Hard mode in Starwing and saw him transform into a demon head. That scared me shitless. I liked your other avatar. On N64, unless you knew how, you only fought his robot form. It was a real buzz kill in my first playthrough. Thanks, changed back to it again. I hear there's a rerelease of StarFox 64 coming out on 3DS.

I prefer downloading personally, but I don't mind buying physical copies whenever I'm at GameStop. And limited editions are worth collecting.

Do you tend to buy physical copies of your games or do you prefer to download them digitally via, let's say, GOG.com or Steam? Piracy doesn't count.

I respect that you used the term believe because that is what it comes down to, what you choose to believe in. There's no actual evidence for any of the theories so how someone can be right just because they find it more logical than the other is beyond me.

Just owning it would be worth it. Honestly, I never liked that it became a bit of a joke, because I have always believed it would come out one day. There's tons of reasons it has been in development hell, more than I care to dive into right now. Just to be proven right for once is awesome for me. I grew up with Duke Nukem. The first shareware game that came out in 1992 for the good old DOS computers remains one of my earliest and fondest gaming memories. I missed out on Duke Nukem II but Duke Nukem 3D I played a lot and still do. He's the ultimate action hero for me. Both a parody and tribute to all the great macho action heroes of the 80's. For me there is only one king and he's coming back. And to clarify, it won't be a Gearbox game. Gearbox has stated that what they took over was more or less the final product and they have only prepared it for release. This is fully the 3d realms game that we have been waiting for.

That would explain it. People simply can't use the board.

It tends to come at certain times a day, but I'm getting it a lot right now and it stays there for about 5 minutes, blocking me completely from even browsing the board. This issue REALLY discourages activity on the board and I think it's a really big issue because of that.
