They also made BlackThorne, a very badass take on the Prince of Persia style of action games. And they made Oni and Marathon. And Metroid! You'd be surprised to learn that most of the NES games published by LJN were made by Rare, such as Nightmare on Elm Street and X-Men... yeah, they've come a long way since then... And they made GoldenEye and Perfect Dark as well. Resident Evil. Megaman. Their Nintendo Disney games. I can just throw out names all day. End of line: They're awesome. And Steam. Not really a game but they deserve credit for it.

I so want to be one of them. I'd give my ass to Duke any day. Here's a throwback: http://www.gametrailers.com/video/plucked-from-duke-nukem/712628

Me and a friend played a lot of UT2004 when he was here. It's fun and it runs smoothly on our computers even on the highest settings.

Righto, ol' chap. Would you fancy some scones with that tea, ya old buggah?
-
Now that's a masterpiece. I might frame it.

I agree. What they tried with JJ3 though, in the beta, was to make it like Super Mario 64, which just doesn't work for it.
-
I agree about Unreal. It's one of the best games of the 90's because it felt epic and truly lived up to their name.
-
I've tried a beta of JJ3D. It wasn't bad, but rather mediocre. The transition just wasn't that good.
-
I couldn't tell why, though I'm sure he is aware of why as I doubt they would remove his mod status without telling him why.
-
I'd still list Unreal as one of the darn most impressive FPS games of the 90's. The AI at the time was stunning.

Knowing Valve's penchant for mysteries, yes. Be certain of it. Yes, he reminds me of R2D2 on steroids. The advisors are probably immensely powerful as well and could probably make your head explode like that scene in Scanners.

Seems like a typical cult classic to me. In the sense that it's not very famous but those who have played it and like it love it immensely.
-
Obviously. It's going to take more skills than I have at least.

Fallout 3 for the most part today. Probably gonna play some more later on.
-
Kinda hard not to step in it.
-
Yeah, I'll never forget that...
-
No, mylord, I haven't... I'll check it out.

Invites sent to both of you.

That is probably the most uninteresting top games list I have ever seen. You've never stepped a foot away from the mainstream. Well, at least he doesn't have problem finding people to play with...
-
Agreed. I'm sad the franchise died after the failed attempt at making a 3d Jackrabbit game.

When I played Doom for the first time.

Mythbusters' awesome. I love watching it. Been watching a lot of 'Allo 'Allo lately... good old sitcom.

I endorse that philosophy. Now if others would, that would be one problem to scratch off of the list. Yeah, you said it...
