I was thinking more along the lines of complete overhauls like GMDX and Witcher 3 Enhanced Edition. Something that completely changes a core aspect of the game. Not something tiny and insignificant like "boob physics" or turning dragons into John Cena. Probably should've specified that but oh well. I know I just wanted to make a joke.

I only play with people I know in any multiplayer game, including MMOs. If you're not on my friends list, you can fuck off.

I haven't bought a single microtransaction myself, since I pretty much consider them pointless in a RPG with a NG+ option. Not to mention I always go for specialized builds on my first playthrough so I don't really need a lot of praxis kits either.

I heard Praxis Kits are part of the microtransactions. Is it possible to get all of the upgrades without spending real money? Hell yeah, the game has a NG+ mode so eventually you WILL get fully decked out. The microtransactions are just there for lazy or impatient people I guess...
