Activision has already fired Infinity Ward so I doubt the upcoming CoD games will be developed by them. At least from what I've heard.

It depends on my mood really. I play Deus Ex HR when I want more of an RPG experience and DNF when I just wanna blast people with a RPG.

Well, you could be right. But it's no doubt they developed the game on PC before putting it on the consoles. That's been done since the 8bit days anyway.
