I never got into it and believe me, I've tried. I dunno, it just doesn't feel right to me at all. I love the style, love the humor, love the voices and all that jazz, it's just the gameplay that rubs me the wrong way. Eh, maybe I've played too much Call of Duty, since that seems to be my go-to multiplayer shooter nowadays.

Whoever came up with that side of the bet, either stop playing the Cinematic Mod and go back to vanilla Half Life 2 to for moment, or tell your friend to do so. There's hardly anything there to be transfixed by, especially when it comes to the guy who "learned to do CPR" on the quote-unquote biology department babes back in in Black Mesa. Yeah, unless you have certain mods installed, Alyx' tits aren't anything to speak of. I would be more transfixed by her lack of fashion sense. In fact she's one of the most average women in video game history and only memorable because of her personality, pretty much. Which of course is a good thing but making any kind of shallow joke about her like that just doesn't work.

Nagisa I haven't talked to in ages. Sort of worried about her to be honest. ABG I've talked to on Steam but I haven't seen him on AF in at least a year or two.

The realism of Half-Life is about as close to realistic as a Michael Bay movie. Honestly if you are going to nitpick about these things you'd go insane.

Yeah I remember the friendly vorts in the factory. Honestly though, they are more passive than friendly and I always thought there were just two kinds of vorts. The soldier ones and the working force. The working force are simply too busy to care about Gordon.
