Similar design (as far as exterior is concerned) but two different houses. Pretty sure they would have for insurance reasons. As for Hedy's case, from what I can tell, that would've been from the 1930's.

The set(s) for the house must have been an architectural nightmare. You gotta purposefully make everything fall apart, get destroyed, and blown up exactly when and how they're supposed to, while making everything safe around the cast and crew.
