  1. Have you seen the guys using a Kinect to animate? I've heard they have managed to make it work with a couple of engines, including Source. The quality isn't bad at all. Maybe it could make your animation process easier.
  2. For the microphone, if you really want something not to expensive you should try some logitech headphones, they cost around 30 dollars and have a great quality. However if you want something that really removes background noise I recommend this mic: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?Ntt=Azden+SMX-10+Stereo+Microphone&N=0&InitialSearch=yes This is the microphone I use for video recordings and it has worked very well on volume and on reducing noise, it also works with every PC or Camera. However I don't know if you are up to pay 65+ dollars for a microphone.
  3. I think you probably already played them but the THIEF series are very good games an also very obscure, you could also try the first F.E.A.R. game which was very fun and tense, I also heard the game Darksiders is pretty fun and has lot of dark themes in it (Eg. Demons Vs. Angels, Apocalytic Disasters), finally you could try the Dragon Age series but I doubt they are the kind of games you would like.
  4. You could try organizing them according to the type of game they belong or by the type of music they have, that way when you are looking for an specific type of music you'll find all of your similar albums together.
