http://www.pcgamer.com/2011/04/06/remember-that-unseen-valve-concept-art-here-are-28-close-ups-speculate-away/ I really doubt that this is Episode 3. It would be such a change in design. Whatever it is, it's going to be "interesting".

I agree. But, with (what is it now? 4 years?) 4 years to work on it. I'm hoping Episode 3 will last longer than 5 hours. To quote Yahtzee: "The point of episodic gaming is to make shorter games at lower prices, more often. And while they have 1 and 2 covered, they're still struggling with 3." But that's what we get when we fall in love with their games. Takes time to make master pieces.

The way I prefer to look at it is: All the fame that Portal got (and that Portal 2 will most likely get) can only bring more people to check out Valve's other work and get to know Half-Life.

Well I mean it more literally. I'm never going to link to the Rick Astley video or make a variant of it. I still have a couple of ideas to genuinely fool people, but it would take way more preparation. My vote is for Mike and Dave singing it... Mike already did an awesome job with "I've been working on the railroad".

Enjoy Poland Scott. Breath the Polish air, drink the polish water, and look at all the polish flowers. You being in Poland and all. Also, April's fool, on the internet, would be hell, were it not for those who forget what day it is and actually get mad. Which reminds me of an April's Fool anecdote. When I was 8, my uncle, on April`s fool day, got me to believe that people had found fish in the sewers near the house and that they were all siting around sewer holes, fishing. He got me to walk all the way to the corner of the street, so that I could make sure the covers were off the sewers, promising that, by the time I would come back, he would have constructed a fishing pole. When I was 8, I learned how to face palm... When I returned from the corner of the street to find no fishing pole and a grown man laughing so hard, he was crying.

His stories are available online for free. They are usually short stories, so you can read through Call of Cthulhu or Horror at Red Hook or At the mountains of Madness in an hour online. dagonbytes.com/thelibrary/lovecraft/ Enjoy. He was a great inspired writer and, far as I'm concerned, ushered in an entire genre. Thank you very much for the link! I will definitely check it out. I was always a little bit afraid of the scope of his work. Meaning that I didn't know "where to start". But, I will check out the ones you mentioned. Thank you again. -

Thank you Ross for a very enjoyable episode. I recently played Penumbra (and it's sequels) as well as Amnesia and I must say that this episode reminded me a lot of the type of story I found in those games. I've yet to read Lovecraft (although I do want to start), so I am not in any place to say if it is along his style, but it definitely mix humor and horror very well and I loved every minute of it. Also, the first time we see the man with the English accent smiling... That creeped the hell out of me. Good job on that one. Now I have to explain to my husband why I, a grown woman, want to sleep with the light on tonight. Julie
