  1. I'm going to go ahead and sticky this topic since it could also be helpful for other topics as well.
  2. Reading through a list of fallacies because obviously I have nothing better to do with my time. It's scary how many and how often I see a lot of these, and how many I've unwittingly committed myself. O_o
  3. Slightly annoyed. I had a stomach flu for a week and just when I thought it was over it's showing signs of coming back. Ugh.
  4. Bioshock Infinite. I finally got off my lazy bum and beat it. The ending left me really with only one thought:
  5. Yeah that's pretty much it for me. I usually just manually type out BB code anyways. I wonder if quick edit's are possible to make...
  6. Some people's legacy equates to "sent nasty messages to people online" and most of them did it anonymously, so, you know, no legacy.
  7. I am both and neither super tired and wide awake. That may not make much sense but it is the only words to express my current state.
  8. Bioshock Infinite. Late to the party.
  9. Nice! How are you enjoying it so far? Also, silly question: Who else here actually uses the Quick Reply box? At this point I pretty much use only it, unless I'm editing a post or quoting someone. Just curious.

  11. Doing homework, taking notes, and wonder why the fuck I've been using MS Word for my notes this whole time and not MS OneNote. No seriously, OneNote makes this so much easier like SO MUCH easier. It makes it so easy I'm furious with myself for knowing this program existed in the past and not bothering to check it out because "Word is good enough for my needs". A totally not sales-pitch explanation why after the break. TL;DR I'm a fucking nerd and I'm excited about note-taking.
  12. While I'm not comparing the severity of these two, it's roughly the same idea behind drinking and driving, in that regardless of whatever may be impairing your mental judgement you are always held accountable for your own actions. You're about as likely to get away with rape on account of being drunk as you are with killing multiple people with your car after you went over the curb while drunk. One could argue about the unfairness of it but at the same time you can also argue the unfairness for the girl who was raped who has to live knowing the rapist is free to roam the streets because of having one too many beers. I guess the idea is if it happened once, it can happen again in which it can be viewed as a preventative measure(which itself brings a whole new set of morals and arguments. Never ends.) Mental illness is a different story but even then, rape due to a mental illness is still not gonna fly in a court of law just as cereal killers don't get off scot-free for suffering from psychosis. But yes, executing people for these crimes, while it feels good to think about, runs into far too many moral and ethical problems were it to be practiced. Fighting immorality with immorality is not gonna work. Never has and never will.
  13. Sneaky Tube Animal is actually Metal Gear Solid. Because you know, snakes are tube animals and Solid Snake is sneaky. Unfortunately I have no idea. I keep thinking up something and it doesn't quite fit. Mouse-made confectioneries
  14. That's good to hear. I think the last time i talked to you was several years ago. I think during a 1 on 1 TF2 match. I think...
  15. Happy and ecstatic to see Jek Jek here again.
  16. WHOOOOOOAAAAAAA I haven't heard from or seen you in a very long time! How have you been?
  17. Banned for condemning manners. (I like to go through these pages and imagine what kinda forum environment would have banned people for all these reasons and still be active.)
  18. Let's not joke about that please.
  19. What was I talking about? I have no idea.
  20. Killing Floor 2
  21. A miso chicken sandwich.
