Path of Exile This time with snazzy color pictures: 8zEuILOu_Ps

Path of Exile. Got my Xoph's Blood pendant. Had to get a little creative with up-trading my currency to chaos orbs and then exalt just to buy the base pendant(Xoph's Blood needs 2 pieces: Xoph's heart pendant and Xoph's Blessing. I had the blessing already). Lemme tell you, wading through all the afker's, bot traders with faulty bots, and russian currency horders just to get 2 god damned exalt orbs is far more work than it should be. took me 3 hours to get a reply from someone who was real and actually willing to trade. Finally getting my last BiS sure felt good. I just have one final step to reaching my full potential but that's gonna be the hardest yet. Well not hardest, but most time consuming. 1500 orbs of fusing is not something you get quickly.

Honestly with my insomnia experiences I don't wish even a little bit of that on anyone. Hope everything get's better for you soon. :/ Debating between getting back on Path of Exile or watching some video's on youtube. Kinda burnt out a little on Path since I've been hitting that endgame grind rather hard but at the same time i really want that amulet...

Path of Exile. I'm at the point where I'm farming Breachlord Xoph to make Xoph's Blood pendant, the last (and arguably most important) piece of my build outside my weapon. Too bad the drop I need from him is like a 6% chance and it costs 15 chaos orbs for 1 breachstone. Best-in-slots always gotta be so hard to get...

I am more impressed that he actually managed it. How many tries did Ross need to pull that off? Or was he just improvising after he managed it by accident? Unless he managed a very sneaky jump-cut with quicksaves I'm kinda inclined to believe that was the first shot which makes me feels he's done that on his own before.

Did anyone else immediately go and check the date on their computer when this popped up? XD Still, that was oddly nostalgic. As for "pick up the can." it's safe to say I never guessed that outcome but that was completely in character.

I shouldn't be nearly as pissed off as I am that a vending machine just stole my 2 dollars and gave me nothing but that fact that it played out the whole arm going to grab it and move it to the dispenser without anything in its grip and still charge me is what is most infuriating. Why the hell did they not put a god damned error check on that?!

Path of Exile, the only thing I seem to play anymore hm... Just got Abyssus for my facebreaker build. Basically I hit like a boss but everything hits me like a boss now. Insane damage increase (from 15k dps to 89k dps) but i take 50% more damage from everything.

Wrapping up this weeks bullshit C++ assignment and about to down a fuck ton of coffee, fire up path of exile, and ignore all social contacts until I feel less exhausted and irritable.

This c++ class is gonna be the death of me because it's taught by a possible genius who probably doesn't even realize he's a genius. The reason that's a problem is because the class lectures are like " 'c++ for dummies' for dummies " as we're tediously covering and dissecting every simple programming command and concept as if the people in this class have never seen an if statement before, but then the homework assignments come along and no one can figure out how to do it. Even I'm struggling with this. The worst part about it is the solution is always like 10-20 lines of code yet it involves techniques that'd require an intricate understanding of math operations and how numbers tend to interact with each other. FOR EXAMPLE: the assignment this week is to create a function that checks if a number is a palindrome, meaning the number is the same backwards and forwards. So here I am brainstorming for 2 days to come up with this thing that uses division and remainders to extract specific digits off the number and store it in an array, as well as reversed and then compare the 2 digit for digit, and it got real messy. Then the instructor example comes along and, well, a-this bullshit: bool isPalindrome(int x) { int i = 0; // negative number or any multiples of 10 except 0 cannot be a palindrome if (x<0 || (x!=0 && x%10==0)) return false; while (i < x) { i = i*10 + x%10; x /= 10; } if (i==x || (i/10==x)) return true; return false; } basically it takes the far right digit off of the first number and moves it onto the second number until the second number is larger than the first. Then, if the second, larger number divided by 10 = the first number then it's a palindrome. WHAT IN THE HOW THE WHO THE FUCK I WOULDN'T HAVE EVER THOUGHT OF THAT. I knew modulus 10 and division 10 could be used to get the individual digits while shaving down a number 1 digit at a time but I never even considered to just do it until the sizes have swapped then divide by 10 to see if it's a palindrome. I seriously hope that this is just an anomaly in the assignments because if every assignment for the rest of the semester requires you have a spicy, intimate relationship with numbers and know all of it's dirty little secrets then I'm gonna have a hard time. And I already have experience with code. I'm honestly more afraid for the one's who've never really done any coding before. Also I used to love palindromes before this week but now I never want to see them ever again. I don't even want to hear the name. <_<

Path of Exile Managed to find someone selling a jewel for 2 chaos with +7% max life, +15% physical damage, and +12% melee damage which are the three most important stats for a jewel with my build and I believe those are all max rolls meaning I scored big time.

Never realized subjective taste was grounds for mental illness.

Witcher 3. Finally beat the Blood and Wine DLC after procrastinating for so long. Not sure why I decided to wait, the whole thing was excellent start to finish.

Honestly I have no idea how to respond to that. It's up there with corn as "wtf" Bet they're one of those militant cake types lol.

Only thing I gotta add before the official drop is my own personal philosophy: Hold the individual accountable, not the community they claim to hail from, even if you meet 1000 bad ones before the first good one. I've made some really good friends where I otherwise wouldn't have. OT: Path of Exile. Facebreaker builds come with one big difficult problem to work around I've seen: No weapon for extra gem slots. Given the shield I use is limited to 3, I find myself constantly weighing the risk vs rewards of attempting to change my gear to fit in a new ability or modify a preexisting one.

Path of Exile Traded those 2 exalts for a Taste of Hate flask. No regrets, this thing works amazingly with my build.
