Well they patched the crashing when quitting to desktop and I think they snuck a tiny optimization in because it runs much better today than it did two days ago. OT: In a skype chat with some friends. Played a couple matches of Company of Heroes 2.

Trying to decide if I want to play Bloodborne or JC3. JC3 is really fun but the optimization issues are a little discouraging right now but I've played so much bloodborne lately I'm running out of things to do other than grinding. My character's already too high for PvP since most people make PvP dedicated characters capping themselves at lvl 80. I'm lvl 145

Coaching my brother in Bloodborne and helping him to get situated. aka directing him on how to get his first insight to start leveling up, where the Hunter's armor set is, which weapons are best for beginners, which stats he should be leveling with those weapons, all the starting area shortcuts, etc. You never realize how much you know about something until you have to help someone with it. he also has the most amazing case of beginner's luck I've seen lol. he's getting away with things that would have killed me when I started and he's still confused by the controls XD.

It being the stone age is one of the reason I WANT to play it because of the fact that it's an original setting(to anyone about to sight more games with that setting: you KNOW what I mean) and the gameplay I've seen looks really fun so, I'm looking forward to it. OT: Watching youtube and eating dessert.

I wanted to go back to FC3 in anticipation of FC Primal but i guess I'll just have to wait. Though 3DS Max not working is an issue. OT: Combing my hair now.

The problem with the beta drivers is that both instances of Far Cry 3(blood dragon being the second) can't run on them, and neither can 3DS Max. So I'm stuck in the position of choosing which do I want to be broken and which do I want to work. OT: Drying my hair. Gonna be going to a jazz club later.

I'd recommend waiting a tad bit on JC3 because it it's current state it's buggy and has optimization issues. I can still have fun but it is kinda upsetting to drop to 12 frames every time something explodes, which is a lot. But other than that, they knew what they wanted with this game which was a huge playground.

I personally think it was a very nice gesture of you to do this, especially since you decided to do this all on your own. ^_^ I've never been included in someone's gift art before so it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Thank you!

Just Cause 3. basically a candy store for adults. I might never complete this game simply because I can't stop dicking around and having fun.

When you have a computer capable of running Crysis 3 at 80+ fps, "best gaming PC" is no longer a factor when you fire up a game like black ops 3, or fallout 4, or Just Cause 3 or Dying Light, and find out that all of these companies basically said "yeah fuck AMD. get the beta drivers you AMD hobo. make AMD fix your problem." Especially when games like MGSV, Killing Floor 2, Thief, and SOMA, 2 of which are developed by smaller teams and have graphical ranges similar or above the previous 4, have no trouble running on AMD or Nvidia.
