  1. It's like, even online I'm that one person who keeps accidentally walking in on everybody at inopportune times. Wonder if that's significant... Anywho, I finally managed to get an up-to-date picture of me today. Love the hair frizz on the strands too short to tie back lol.
  2. I've been so irritable lately, and I don't like irritable me, and there's nothing I can do about it, which in turn makes me more irritable and, well... Send help.

  4. Dares for hot stuff usually never end well. OT: An apple that tastes like beer. wtf.
  5. ^Nothing like those days when things just love to go wrong in succession. OT: Drying my hair and missing the warm water already. I understand why we do it but hate having to deal with my room in the winter when the heater shuts off at 12.
  6. Well it happens often but never gets any easier. But I may as well take the shower since trying to sleep with long dirty hair is the most restless, uncomfortable sleep i can get. So... OT: about to take a shower. Gonna at least try to make this fast.
  7. You're welcome. I try my best.
  8. Christmas chocolate. So much Christmas chocolate....
  9. Debating whether I want to go to bed feeling gross or pull an all nighter and just take the shower I really want to take(it's 2:30 in the morning and by the time I'm done drying my hair it'll be about 5). Either way I'm gonna feel terrible, I just need to choose how.
  10. Couldn't have been since I kinda just got them lol. I mean i posted about singularity in the last played thread. Coulda been that.
  11. Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Collection Singularity Singularity was a case of me trusting the reviewers and I'm pleasantly surprised at what I got. Great use of game mechanics involving the TMD.
  12. Singularity. Really cool game. Wasn't expecting something this under the radar to be so fun.
  13. Reading up on spiders apparently. Really didn't anticipate my night ending like this. Oh well.
  14. I don't recall if Wolves are toxic(or at least seriously toxic) I just know they hurt a lot. As for daddy long legs I believe that's a myth. Would be cool if it was real though lol. http://www.livescience.com/33625-daddy-longlegs-spiders-poisonous.html Edit: I named it Muffet. Because I'm a shameless nerd.
  15. Wolf spiders around here have large bodies. like the bulb on back is an inch itself. Then there's the aggression and nasty bite so if it was one I'd be less concerned about the picture and more concerned about getting it out of the house XD
  16. Kinda in the middle. It's about an inch and a half(legspan included). Exciting for a garden spider by California standards. My camera's got a very high resolution so you can see all the details the eye can't catch. XD It's safe to say this is the first time I've found a spider adorable. It's an odd feeling. Don't worry, I'll spoiler it. I just really like the pattern on it.
  17. D'aww, that's adorable. ^_^ He looks out of it though. I don't blame him. Also you sit like I do. XD So I don't really have any pictures right now of me but I do have one of this real neat spider I found in my house if anyone want's to see.
  18. These past 3 days have been me wading through a sea of other peoples entitlement, self-importance, selfishness, and passive-aggression just about everywhere I go. Dear world: GET OVER YOURSELF. Stop acting like you're owed the cosmo's when the most important thing you've done all day is eat breakfast! And dear guest staying at our house for a week(who happens to be the biggest offender), The next time you want to tell me all about how much more you know than me about how bad video games are, please remember this: I did a 24 page research paper using academic journals and peer-reviewed medical studies about the positive vs. negative effects of games on the body and psyche. You read an online gossip article. I'm sick and tired of that matter-of-fact tone you use every time you do and the pungent odor of dripping condescension that comes with it. You DON'T know what you're talking about so PLEASE FUCKING STOP. And about the whole "you'll never make friends wasting away in front of a computer" I have a more active social life than you do! I don't even have a car and I get out more than you, and I'm an introvert! "No friends" FUCK you. I only seem like a recluse because i spend a majority of the time you're here avoiding being in the same room. And ONE OTHER thing: Next time you go to the theaters, for the love of god, stop. vocally. commenting. on. how. much. every. single. preview. looks. bad. to. you. I happen to be excited about Overwatch and the new Warcraft and I'm sure many other people in that theater were too so actually use your brain before going "oh, THAT looks teeeeeeeerrrrrible" and "I can't believe they're putting games in movies now! Get that garbage out of here" loud enough for the next theater over to hear it you inconsiderate asshole. Sincerely, Your friends pissed off son. FUCK. I've been putting up with this woman twice a year for the last 15 years of my life. I'm not sure how many more I can do.
  19. Both TFA and the original trilogy are more similar in my eyes, less because TFA is a "copy" but more because it took inspiration from the formula of Ep 4 as well as followed very closely to a storytelling method called "The Heroes Journey", so closely in fact that for a class I took involving storytelling, we had to break down A New Hope into the 12 stages. TFA follows those 12 stages while attempting to capture the feel of the original series. Having seen TFA twice now and episode 4 far more times than I can count, I can definitely see the parallels, but I still wouldn't call it a copy. I happened to very much enjoy TFA, loved the characters, and am glad that I got that "Star Wars" feel I never got from the prequels. Still wouldn't pit it against the original trilogy, most probably due to heavy nostalgia goggles, but I definitely enjoyed it much more than the prequels.
  20. A lesser person would have run away long ago in the face of all that responsibility. You're a good person, Jeb.
  21. Moderating lol. Forum get's an influx in members right as my insomnia hit's and all the other mods are offline. XD
  22. This isn't much compared to the famous WoW stories but it is basically me and my friends crowning achievement of our time playing. Back when I played World of Warcraft my friend and I (who I met when i first started) were really big into world PvP, even though that was mostly dead in favor of battlegrounds. One of our late night hobbies when we were bored but not ready to log off, we would go around to horde towns (we were both alliance. Shut up, don't want to hear it) and attack them hoping to summon someone's level 80 to the fight. I don't remember how particularly but we ended up in the Burning Crusades first area (can't remember the name) so we thought "what the hell" and went on to attack one of the bases. Well we got our wish. after 10 minutes 4 level 80 horde showed up to fight and eventually took us out. As we were recuperating and preparing again back at the alliance base, those 4 horde attacked ours. This summoned more alliance level 80's. Withing the span of an hour, both sides worked into a groove of attack and defense on each other, with a little more people joining the fight each time. Right before I went to bed, 2 horde clans and an alliance clan had come to join the fight but I was too tired to continue. 10 hours later, when i logged back in, the fight was still going, but there was so many people on that my internet couldn't keep up and was lagging me horribly. the attack notices in chat were flooding so rapidly that you couldn't see anyone's messages. Apparently the fight went on non stop for a total of 15 hours, complete with all the lower levels of each side making new characters on the other side for the sole purpose of shit-talking. I'm still slightly upset that i missed a majority of it. People were still sour for several days after that ended and were trying, yet failing, to organize more raids on the horde capital. Idunno why anyone would be upset, that kinda thing is fun.
  23. It's very refreshing to see this new influx of members. I think the last time was the finale of FM. On another note: I just saw a decent sized spider in my bathroom and decided for some reason it would be a good test subject for my new camera. And now I'm all wigged out. There's so much detail in those photo's you can zoom in on the hairs of the spider. What was I thinking? Also i think this is the same spider that crawled out of my pant leg a few days prior so I think I just got to experience what Jeb did.
  24. Oh wow, haven't seen a crowd like that in a bit. Welcome UndeadNecro, AnonYMoose, and every other new comer!
  25. Dark Souls. Starting to get a hang of the game, think I was just too tired last time. Still not used to the slow pace. I also think I got invaded by a hacker. I don't make those accusations lightly but when you get slowed, and poisoned before they even finish loading in and you never actually see them, it's pretty damn suspicious. I just alt + Tabbed out and closed the game and relaunched cuz that shit doesn't fly with me. Even if it was legit I'm not going up against that unfair an advantage before I even have the mechanics down.
