Your system is unstable. Downgrade to XP is my recommendation until you get 4GB RAM. Once you do, get Windows 7, never use Vista. If you're running Vista just for DX10, just get the DX10RC for XP... It isn't perfect, but it lets you do a lot of DX10 stuff on XP.

You're probly going to have trouble running any serious games at above minimum quality... You're going to need more RAM and either overclock your video card by a lot, or upgrade that too. Processor should be ok. You really need to learn more about game requirements. Processor requirements rarely truly affect the gaming experience unless you have a truly badass video card and lots of fast RAM. The GFX card is the bottleneck 99.9% of the time.
