I had one in my apartment, same number of lost legs, looked almost identical, including size. It's a male Carolina Wolf Spider. (probably young, but not unusually so) Wolf spiders are almost totally harmless to humans, though their bites can be mildly painful. (equivalent to a wasp or bee sting, but they would much rather run than attack) They do however keep a lot of pests out of your home, including actually harmful spiders. (they are notorious for keeping out brown recluse and black widows, usually without themselves dying)

Have you seen my Steam library? It's bigger than yours... I like torrenting to see if a game is worth purchasing, or for that matter, playing. If it is, I buy it. If not, I don't. Also, the NSA does keep a list of online purchases made by everyone. (it was originally intended to allow them to see who was buying stuff to make IEDs, but they have yet to use it for that purpose because nobody is stupid enough to order bomb making supplies online) OT: Deciding if I should eat or not.

Motion blur is just taking two sequential frames, and blending them together... Most programs will do it for you without any advanced input from you, it's usually just a small checkbox or option box.

The main problem with a Fallout game set in any European country is that the area has already been established to be completely without any usable resources, and highly radioactive... Essentially Fallout 4's Glowing Sea, only covering the entire continent. Africa, parts of China, India, and much of Russia would've probably survived to some extent. (I don't remember anything about the middle-east in-lore)
