  1. Very Interesting Comments, Kevin Snider. GLOFT
  2. Drama/teen angst/horror. Drama. It's an incredibly boring movie/TV genre IMO. It does the opposite of hold my attention. Teen angst. Believe it or not, this is actually a book genre, though it may not be labeled as such in the book stores. There is absolutely no reason for its existence. Horror. As a game genre, it results in playing as a helpless person running for unkillable supernatural beings, and nothing is ever really new in that genre. (Dead Space and Doom are notable exceptions) Have you ever been 'high'?
  3. C3PO.
  4. That's what you think... They may have escaped you, but I was the outer perimeter, and they never escaped me, and my stomach.
  5. Breaded fish fillets...
  6. 100% perfectly legal.
  7. https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2016/02/federal-circuit-sticks-its-guns-patent-owners-can-prevent-you-owning-anything Legally, a laptop manufacturer could put a label on on the outside of your laptop that said "1 use only", and if you used the laptop more than once, you are liable in a lawsuit. Please discuss.
  8. Oh, if my enemy is male, I'd send him to the Battletanx universe. (no women, and you get killed if you even think about trying to take one)
  9. None. Ever. Mainly because we won't go extinct. What is your favorite place to go? (whether you've been there before or not, fictional or not, you can still go places in your mind)
  10. Just play it cool, and wave... He'll never know it's you. I really want to break the laws of the universe, but all these scientists and politicians are going to try to stop me...
  11. F-14D.
  12. I don't like either meme, but at least Dakka isn't infecting as much. Pizza or a gourmet meal?
  13. Some Addicts Feel Fucking Retarded. (this is actually a true statement, their own words even) HALLE
  14. Granted, now it's really inexpensive, mainly because there is only one game, and it's total crap. Also, it has the legal right to any form of game, so if you even attempt to make a game of any sort, you're fined millions. I wish life was better.
  15. My brother playing Star Trek Online.
  16. BBC and their anti-non-UK policies... Can't watch the video.
  17. Very nice!
  18. Well, congrats. Wait, I forgot about my brother's daughter... (she was born just after my brother's accident, but stayed with her mother, never even seen her myself) Technically I would be her uncle of 23 years... (though I don't really consider that entirely true since I've never actually met her, but technicalities are everywhere)
  19. Actually, since it wasn't specified to be a video game universe, I'd really have to pick something like Dungeons & Dragons... I have enough tech from modern life that I'd be rich in a heartbeat, plus it's got the equivalent of 16+ worlds around the same size as Earth with much lower population. (no competition)
  20. In the sequel you can do a lot more, there's more variety, there is an always-on enemy project that you have to compete against to win, a LOT more character customizations, customizable weapons, etc... Oh, and 95% of rounds start with you being in stealth, (no need for a stealth suit) so no more "you see them, so they see you and get a free turn to get into cover". I'm planning on making a sniper later that deals 2 damage even if he misses, and has 2 free reloads every match, then send him into combat solo. (probably in an E.X.O. suit so he can carry a rocket launcher too) Really, XCOM 2 just fixes issues that everyone had with EU/EW, and doesn't really introduce any new ones. (apart from the bugs, the severe reduction in overall performance from EU/EW due to the engine rewrite, and lack of base building complexity) Oh, and you can mod XCOM 2 'easilly'.
  21. I like the idea of living inside the Freelancer universe... Customizable ships, alien worlds with sentient apes and robots, alien enemies, fairly easy to access 'pirate' stations in every system, etc. I already mentioned in the other thread that my enemies should be subjected to the Brutal Mario treatment.
  22. Still listening to what I was listening to previously.
  23. Deadpool 9,223,372,036,854,775,806/9,223,372,036,854,775,807
