I'd like to ask people's opinions on something... Subject #20 - US Government Budget Estimates. How many of us have heard news quotes about "House Committee on the Budget has released new numbers" concerning the US budget? (and which estimate do you think is more accurate?)

Sounds like something is clearing your browser cache every time you close the browser... I would've said it could be a dynamic IP from your ISP changing, but that would affect during the browsing session as well. My suggestion: Switch to Windows 7, and then see if it's still having problems. (this is likely yet another of those PoS 'security features' automatically installed and turned on by Windows 10) Barring that, check through the various settings in Windows 10 to see if it is in there. (WOO! Finally found a way to string together 4 2-letter words in a sentence, and not violate grammar!)

That's why I get my gaming news from independent or obscure youtube reviewers. Torrent comments are usually good too.
