Nah, it'll be fun when they finally lock this thread because we're moving to direct neural interfacing through the matrix...

You won't let him tell you what to do, you'll have no fun if you want!

Subnautica Below Zero Deep Rock Galactic Ancient Domains Of Mystery Sunless Skies

It's quite good, and anything I tell you about it will be major spoilers, especially since the first couple main missions are essentially the tutorial covered in the story. (they don't feel like tutorials nearly as much as the vast majority of games, like a less handholdy version of the tower climb in Far Cry 2) When people say stuff about "the world" in regards to CP2077, they include the story, since there are several very comprehensive and detailed stories couched in "sidequests" that end up being equivalent to main storylines in most games. Think of each as an entire D&D campaign, (though not hindered by scheduling conflicts) and each mission as a session in that campaign.

I sat on a waiting list for 3 months for a watercooled 3080, then the day all reports pointed to the stock returning around the same time NEXT generation's GPUs were scheduled to start coming out, I dropped my waiting lists and instead got a nice watercooler for my 5700XT. Gained significant performance, and drastically reduced noise, all for significantly less than I would've paid for a new card, and what I have now can still do 60FPS or better at max settings on any game I have or am planning to get.

I need to talk about Valve/Steam.
BTGBullseye replied to Hunchback4P's topic in Valve Games / Valve Stuff
EA has multiple times as well. Several more than Steam has, and several years prior to when Steam even existed for the first ones. That's because it isn't "rent". It's a perpetual licence, meaning the moment you download it, it's the same as from any other digital store or disc. Rent requires you to pay on a regular basis for the permission to use the item, which is not the primary business model of Steam. (even if they do allow subscription games to be sold on the platform) The only difference is if you count Steam's DRM system as something that EA doesn't have a similar product for. (which they definitely do) Untrue, you merely require Steam to download them. (and since that's free with no personally identifiable information required, not an issue) And Steam does not require it to be included in the games that are on their platform. They provide a minimally invasive DRM system if the game makers want to use it, and that has actually significantly helped the situation, rather than harm it. (especially since Steam has outright stated in legal contracts that they will issue patches to remove that DRM if the store were to ever shut down, something not possible with other DRMs) Just like with physical store refunds, you get store credit unless it's very special circumstances. Try returning an open game to Walmart and demanding cash sometime. At least with Steam you don't have to drive to the store to return it. Clear violations of the forum's code of conduct. -
That's what you think.

I see a profound lack of willingness to understand the basics of the language used, and instead a vilification of a statement due to perceived additional meaning that is not present. -
Not nearly as many of them as there are ethnic groups that are being abused, at least according to the most liberal of estimates.

Mind providing some reasoning for that, especially since that is objectively false? -
Looks good so far, but I'm going to wait until it's "finished" to make any comments on it's implementation. I never got to play HoM&M2, so I'm looking forward to being able to.

Subnautica Below Zero. The first few minutes of it feel the same as Subnautica did, though with actual land stuff instead of just ocean.

As bad as modern Russia is, it's still WAY better than China is or the USSR was. At least they aren't systematically exterminating "undesirable" ethnicities and religions again yet. (the USSR did both multiple times, and China is actively doing both now)

Same can be said in regards to Biden though... Neither side is beneficial, as they are in it for themselves exclusively. Any perceived benefit to anyone else is not intentional. -
Should just be in the options under "number of shadows"... The "multiplayer" is just seeing the ghosts (shadows) of other people that ran the map while connected to the internet. They aren't really there, and they're not happening at the same time as you.

Legend of Keepers Remarkably fun. Sort of like a reverse dungeon crawler classic RPG. You play as the BBEG who is an employee of a monster megacorp, and you have to defend some dungeons. You get to hire monsters, buy traps, train the monsters, upgrade the traps, and kill any humans that try to invade and steal your treasure.
