ROSS'S GAME DUNGEON: A NEW BEGINNING
BTGBullseye replied to Ross Scott's topic in Ross's Game Dungeon
If you take into account modern Thorium reactor designs, the only waste that can be produced from the impossible-to-meltdown reactor, decays to background levels of radiation in 12 years. -
So, what's you opinions on the new ESL format that doesn't count towards your plugin limit?

Last I heard, the save game wipe was because they had issues with corrupted saves, not as a hostile act from the company.

ROSS'S GAME DUNGEON: A NEW BEGINNING
BTGBullseye replied to Ross Scott's topic in Ross's Game Dungeon
Yeah, nothing except the hairstyles and anti-nuclear attitudes belong to 1982... Everything else is much more recent. That makes this a totally nonsensical game to me, and I would not be able to enjoy it. FYI, since 1987 we have had nuclear reactor designs that were physically incapable of meltdown, even if you were trying to force a meltdown. -
First off, I don't think Bethesda's noninterference policy regarding mods is a bad thing, nor do I find their mod monetization attempt to be inherently anti-modder. They provide, free for everyone, comprehensive modding tools for their game; definitely not the actions of a company that wants to limit you to paid mods. Also, they do pay attention to the modding scene in a good way, as the introduction of settlement building proves. (it was a very popular mod for Skyrim) Now, I have a few mods to recommend: 1. Sim Settlements + all associated (place a desk, and activate one section of it, and never worry about your settlement again, has numerous expansions) 2. Weapons of Fate (more realistic ballistics) 3. Armorsmith Extended (armor modding/crafting overhaul, not extensively different from vanilla) 4. Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch (a must have) 5. Companion Stealth Distance Fix (keeps your companions from humping your back any time you crouch) 6. Snapable Junk Fences (adds snap nodes to the junk fences so you don't have the horrendous gaps between pieces) 7. Scrapable Commonwealth (makes a lot of non-scrapable for no apparent reason stuff scrapable) 8. Scavenger (pick up a fan, and instead you only get the relevant components from it, not a bulky+heavy fan to lug around) 9. Mo Betta Scrap (more logical resulting scrap from scrapping items) 10. Scrap Dead Things (corpses can be scrapped for fertilizer and bone) 11. True Storms (better looking and MUCH higher performance than vanilla weather) 12. Wasteland Water Revival (looks like real water, not 2000's era game water) 13. Faster Terminal Displays (cuts out well over an hour of the waiting in the game, just because of faster text display on computers) 14. Legendary Enemy Spawning (more legendary items, higher game difficulty) 15. Live Dismembering (knock a supermutant's arm off so he can't fight) 16. No Glowing Mines and Realistic Tripwires (realism) 17. Better Settlers (self explanatory) 18. Valdacil's Item Sorting (loot management) 19. Insignificant Object Remover (better performance, no negatives) 20. Truly Ghoulish (lets you become a Ghoul or Child of Atom, radiation becomes your friend) 21. Advanced Bubble Turret Set (cobbled together turrets aren't your only defenses anymore) 22. Auto Doors (make doors that auto-close after 10 sec, so that deathclaw can't wander in through your gate that was opened by a provisioner) 23. Bigger Settlements (no more absurdly tiny build limits!!!) 24. Place Everywhere (no more red placement, you can put it there if you want; I use it for making underground power lines in Sanctuary) 25. Scrap Everything (you can delete houses, roads, and even workshops if you want) 26. Spring Cleaning (similar to Scrap Everything, but for different stuff) 27. Power Armor Animation Changes (faster enter/exit for power armor) 28. Old World Radio - Boston (adds several radio stations with a variety of music, NIN, 8-bit Hits, Synthstream FM, etc.) 29. Better Wait Menu (waiting and sleeping menu improvement) 30. Darker Nights (if you're not a fan of "just before sunrise at the darkest" vanilla nights) 31. See-Through Scopes (for a bit of realism) 32. Stronger Institute Weaponry (they're supposed to be the highest-tech in the game, so why are they weaker versions of lasers?) And on to a few of Meelis's complaints... 1. There is a mod out there that adds different ammo to the game, though it is as a weapon mod instead of the actual different ammos. (that's the thing I miss most from New Vegas) 2. VIS (Valdacil's Item Sorting) fixes a lot of the inventory issues. 3. That weight limit stuff is why there is a specific set of perks available in the Strength column... Running and fast traveling while encumbered.

Somebody, or a bunch of somebodies, donated a lot more than the average.

Not too shabby getting ~$2.5k a month...

That last option was too good to pass up... On that note, I have no idea what happened because I haven't been paying that much attention to the news in recent weeks.

Seems like your thinking is that we can't possibly have anything to add if we don't type up an essay... That's a problem. Not for me, but for you. Just wanted to point that out. -

If that was true, then how is it that meth is so common? One of the major ingredients for the production is in the strike strips of matches, and they are not monitored. -
The "Libertarian" political party and their espoused ideals are not necessarily the same as actual libertarianism.

What are you smoking? -
This is for discussing significant court rulings... Here's a starting point. (beware, graphic language)

The reason an instructor is required is because unless you took the 7+ years to get the licence, it is illegal to own a fully automatic weapon, and possession of one is tightly controlled. If you were to run off with it, or lose control, the owner is liable. The only thing I would say to help keep you from losing control on first use is: fire in short bursts, and if it even slightly feels like you're losing it, let off the trigger. Probably the original reason was "why not?". Now, it's more of a "I could hunt with this" or "there is nobody in their right mind that would break in if they knew I had this and was willing to use it". It's also one of the few sidearms that is actually useful if a bear decides to attack you.

That's what Google is for, to get detailed descriptions and examples of the questions. [EDIT] Retook the test again... Economic Left/Right: -1.13 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -2.77 And yet I'm still forced to exclusively vote Republican because the DNC requires its members to be pro-abortion, which is a non-negotiable issue for me.

Just an FYI... Because this site does not outwardly appear to use a proper secure connection, regardless of what it apparently says it uses on the backend, the Accursed Farms site is going to be flagged as "not secure" in July of this year. This will not only drive casual visitors away from the site, but also drop the Google Search ranking of the site, potentially allowing sites not affiliated with Ross Scott to come in at the top of the results instead. https://security.googleblog.com/2018/02/a-secure-web-is-here-to-stay.html

You put it succinctly. -
Thanks... I didn't have the time to check the credits last night.

Wait, which game is the one you're playing in the background? That looks interesting to me.

Though I personally don't see the similarity in thread names apart from one 3 letter word, and the same starting letter, I'll accept that it may appear that way for someone else. Maybe reading the previous post before posting could help you determine what you're posting to... (I made it very clear in my necropost that this was not the thread for political topics)
