  1. They didn't use ANY transistors, much less put them inside a vacuum tube. All computers in the Fallout universe are a form of analog computer, and that is actually why AI is even possible at all.
  2. What could be more random than this?
  3. That's actually one of the ways I determined the value of the card. It is literally in perfect condition, no scratches, wear, clouding, or defects of any kind.
  4. Possible option for an update to the videos that aren't being monetized on youtube: https://torrentfreak.com/peertube-a-censorship-resistent-youtube-alternative-180623/
  5. Not trying to sound unappreciative, but you seem to go through cycles of this... A period of similar responses, then a period of wanting to erase that part of your past, then repeat. Just an observation.
  6. From what I'm hearing, it's going to be very similar to Conan Exiles, except in the Fallout universe and less nudity.
  7. Not yet I haven't, hence the question if anyone knows how to sell it painlessly. (and without risk of getting ripped off)
  8. Your history is yours, but the history you put on the internet is everyone's.
  9. There is no way I'm going to play with a $470 card... I have a life that is helped by having a bit of money.
  10. Watch out Ross, you might be facing another round of YouTube problems... https://torrentfreak.com/youtubes-piracy-filter-blocks-mit-courses-blender-videos-and-more-180618/
  11. So far, all the online listing systems seem to be pretty crappy with their systems, despite being the go-to place to sell stuff. So if anyone knows a painless way to sell MTG cards, I'd appreciate some advice. I bring this up because I just found out I have a near-mint condition Yavimaya Hollow foil, which is a $470 USD card. (I also have a couple others that are around $20, so it's not just the one card)
  12. If you can do private servers, I'm not opposed in any way to the game... If not, then I'm going to be sceptical about how well this will do.
  13. I think the BETA test will better display what is actually in the game than any rumors, especially since just about every time rumors start, they're very different from what reality is.
  14. I'm waiting for new info before passing judgement.
  15. Supposedly it has an online requirement, or so a lot of people seem to think. They're going to have a lot of problems selling it if that's true.
  16. The problem is that those inevitably become a form of registry, which has never NOT been abused in some way. The only way to enforce that kind of training is to make it a mandatory class in school for every grade. (they used to have it, but it got removed for no apparent reason)
  17. So, do you also blame hammers for squished thumbs? Razor blades for people cutting themselves? Cars for hit & runs? Planes for airstrikes? The Earth for pollution problems?
  18. How is it a loophole? Maybe they did it intentionally...
  19. I don't get why you're talking about open carry restrictions at all though... It's not like a concealed weapon is any less dangerous.
  20. How about putting actual firearms education into schools, and not make it a federal crime just to have a gun on the property? Might want to check on how many school shootings there were back when they had programs to teach kids marksmanship... Also, that rant belongs here: viewtopic.php?f=55&t=1520
  21. Mechwarrior Online.
  22. If we're posting our own personal rules, here are mine... 1. If it looks interesting, try it through whatever means are currently available. (this includes pirating, demos, videos, and actual full purchasing) 2. If I pirate it, I do so with the intent of paying for a copy of it ASAP, after testing. 3. If the game ends up sucking, rule 2 does not apply. 4. If it's an EA title, it gets pirated first, always. 5. If it's available on Humble Bundle, (even if it's not in a Bundle) I get it from them.
  23. Battletech. Very fun. Highly recommended. Is almost everything I could ever want in a turn-based strategy set in the Battletech universe. (it's missing a way to change engines on mechs, and a way to build your own empire)
  24. It's a 254 plugin limit that applies collectively to ESM and ESP for all the Fallout and Elder Scrolls games that use them. If you've never hit that limit, you're not an avid modder. NMM does inform you if you make it to that limit, and will tell you that you've exceeded it, but it will still allow you to have that many in place. (and for a couple weeks I actually managed to get Skyrim to run with 267 plugins active, before it corrupted the game files)
  25. FrostPunk. Interesting game, first level is easily the hardest, almost no replay value once you've beaten the 3 scenarios it ships with.
