  1. Banned for the lack of Chris Tucker in your post.
  2. 8/10 I prefer the photo avatars over drawn ones.
  3. Cross-country travel in a plane or an automobile (assuming that you live in a country that would take at least a dozen hours to drive across)?
  4. A sequel/spinoff to Cool Runnings, when the Jamaican Bobsled Team decide to create their own computer company, hilarity ensues. Amadeus
  5. Bird poop. Because you can fly. See this for more information (NSFW). Tastes great or less filling?
  6. It's on backorder but will be delivered on September 31st. Why can't I, hold all these limes?
  7. When the world's population of fathers inexplicably transforms into very young children, it is up to the day care workers of the world to work with scientists (if they haven't been transformed into very young children themselves) find a cure. ....okay, that was very dumb but I'm not sure if it's any dumber than the actual plot. Leonard Part 6
  8. No. The feelings of dread, cold spots, and other such claims have ordinary sources. Favorite non-Valve FPS?
  9. Monster. Rockstar was created by and currently employs two individuals that...well, let's just say I can't support a company with those particular people on their payroll. Firefox or Chrome?
  10. You forgot a movie title. Sorry I couldn't provide a synopsis, but I'll provide a movie title to continue: Ponyo
  11. Banned because the dead can't dance.
  12. I voted that I'm too far away. Crummy aliens. Like I said before, I say we need a PacNW meet-up and we can raid Valve up in Bellevue, WA (near Seattle). There's also the Space Needle and...uhmmm...a bit of a trek away there's a small amusement park. They have a wooden rollercoaster, a steel coaster, a "wild mouse" style coaster, a "zip line" ride, and a pretty decent water park. Plus, I'll be able to attend! I'm sure everyone wants to meet me, right? ....right? But still. Valve, yo!
  13. YFW Your favorite show is in reruns for another two months until the new season comes out and you've already seen all the current episodes.
  14. Too bad. I want to live vicariously through the pictures of others!
  15. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0sGlETQIMUo (Sorry, no associated picture, but video is better suited for this one.) YFW you smell some awesome smelling food from your next-door neighbor.
  16. I grew up on the old Atari so the simplified rainbow always gives me a nice nostalgic feeling. Plus, I don't like "busy" backgrounds so I'm loving this simple, unobtrusive background.
  17. Valve needs to make bobbleheads of their various human(oid) characters. Gordon, Alyx, Eli, Isaac, Breen, the G-Man, headcrab zombie, Chell, Francis, Bill, Zoey, Louis, the TF2 characters....I think it'd be great.
  18. YFW that item you've been looking for for months is finally in stock and it's the last one left. Plus, it's on sale for half off.
  19. A request to my PM box led me to create subtitles for Civil Protection - Double Feature! and I agree completely, commissioner. So, here it is.
  20. How do I concentrate on the work I need to do when the Internet affords me constant novelty?
  21. I believe that most people here know how to act in public situations, especially around other people. ...or, at least I hope so! I hope someone takes a camera, still or preferably video, so that people that can't make it can live vicariously through those that can, if just for a little while.
  22. Who needs Texaco when you have Jaws 19? (Speaking of which, does anyone else find it odd that BTTF2 would have, as a gimmick, movies with a 3D holograms in 2015 and in 2012, we have 3D movies?)
  23. And at the end of the movie: "Pants? Where we're going, we don't need....pants."
  24. 3D oftentimes gives me a headache and, frankly, I don't think it adds much. I don't know if it's because I only watched Hollywood-style movies in 3D and the constantly changing depth-of-field is a problem (especially during fade-throughs, but even during jumpcuts) or not and since the perspective is always the same in a game like Half-Life, whether this would be a problem or not, but.... I think that's my biggest problem with 3D movies. You go from where there's a close-up shot of a person's face and then cut directly to a long-shot of a city street and I think that screws with your brain, causing headaches. I saw it happen most recently in the movie "Brave" that I watched in 3D. They had a close up of a rock and then they faded through to walking through a forest (IIRC) and the unmoving camera shooting the rock and the next camera moving through the forest just made my stomach flip-flop. 2D movies, that's not a problem. 3D movies... I would vote against 3D for Freeman's Mind, personally, but not because the glasses make me look stupid.
