Anyway, do you think the game will have a lot of twists getting to the Borealis and a short time on it, or that you get to the Borealis quickly and you spend most of the game on it?

I went with Half-life 2 because it has better puzzles instead of hours of running through hallways and opening doors.

I think a Half-Life story line movie would be kick-ass. It has been mentioned by Valve that if a Half-Life movie was ever made it would be made in source. (Like the "Meet the" character things for Team Fortress 2; Except not cartoony)

My favorite authors are Roderick Gordon and Brian Williams and my favorite series is the Tunnels series (Tunnels, Deeper, Freefall, Closer ,Spiral Right now though I am reading the Alex Rider series.

I don't think the series will end after Episode 3. It just seems like there's way too much to tell than can fit in 6 hours. The way I see it, Episode 3 will conclude the stopping of the Combine on Earth, while Half Life 3 (when and if it ever comes to fruition) will involve taking the fight to them. At least, it makes sense to me... I think it will only be a single game. Just Half-life 3 and not another episode.

Actually Hl2 is 20 years after the first one because Alyx was 5 or 6 when she was saved by Gman. Then, Gordon was kept in stasis for 20 years by the Gman making Alyx and Gordon close to the same age. Gordon is 28 and Alyx is 25. Well I believe Half-life 2: Raising the Bar mentions that it's ten years. And I'm pretty sure that we do not know what age Alyx was when she was rescued by the Gman. I doubt Alyx was 15 when at Black Mesa because in the Wiki it says "Alyx was only a child when Gordon Freeman was employed at Black Mesa,..." Plus the only pictures of Alyx Gordon sees are when she is very young.
