1. If I didn't always have my phone on vibrate, I'd put this as my ringtone.
2. Oh, he'll remember when they start shooting him. Or he'll just see one and it'll jog his memory "Ah, AH Uniform, UNIFORM!"
3. Weapons is "impulse 200" in the console and I think the HUD is "cl_drawhud 0". The weapon question was in the FAQ.
4. Your crowbar will never threaten to stab you and, in fact, cannot speak.
5. Kind of like how clicking blue words in articles on wikipedia eventually leads to "Pizza"
6. Centhulhu?
7. Every one. With a space... Unless you really have watched everyone... which would be... odd. Anyway, enough of my petty Grammar Naziism. I remember seeing Freeman's Mind in related videos for something and clicking it out of boredom thinking it would be some half-assed attempt a humor by a twelve year old, but upon watching it I thought two things: "This is really funny!" and "This guy sounds like Ray Ramano!" Ross was working on "The Tunnel" when I found it, when Freeman's Mind was somewhere in the 20's with the episode that ended with him howling at the moon.

9. Cool drawings. The middle on made me realize that what Freeman described could essentially be interpreted as biological versions of MGS4's dwarf-gekkos.
10. What? You mean you DON'T want to add stealth, screw up Half-Life's story-line, and be forced to play "Questionable Ethics" with just a knife?
11. Oh, okay. Now I'm thinking I should add more arms on the top and sides. Although as-is it could still stand upright or upside-down... EDIT to avoid double-post: Didn't change the alien, but I made the background gray/concrete and added: -Black Mesa logo -Dead scientist -Broken tram rails -The G-man
12. I'm pretty sure it has tentacles, possibly with lots of bones/joints instead of just being muscle, and the tentacles have some sort of hand on them. Not sure what "rotated on an axis or two" is. Right now yours may not look like Freeman's alien, but that's some damn good drawing! I look forward to seeing the rest of it!
13. a jointed octopuss rotated on an axis or two, with hands
14. old school! nice detail on Freeman and soldier Thanks!

16. For me the satisfaction comes from feeling like I made an impact. It doesn't have to be gory, though I don't mind it. Like in Uncharted. The game has a little bit of blood, but the real satisfaction when you shoot a pirate point-blank with a shotgun is when he flips and slams into the wall behind him.
17. Here's one I made quickly in paint. It is holding Gordon Freeman and an HECU marine. Gordon is holding a crowbar and the marine shot the alien and it's bleeding (green). I may add more later (background and details, neaten it up and whatnot), especially if people like it.
18. Difficulty in games shouldn't come from fighting the controls.
19. "This section made no sense what-so-f***ing-ever, so we trashed in favor of being electrocuted by vortigaunts and having the player stripped of their weapons and imprisoned on Xen. Since we wanted to ad some stealth elements, once they escape the cell, they will have to sneak un-detected past some Alien Grunts and working vortigaunts until they get to a table with a knife on it. They will then have to silently kill or sneak past all of the aliens until they reach a teleporter/portal that will take them to the beginning of 'Questionable Ethics'"
20. We can all agree that laptop touch-pads suck for games though, right?
21. But the machine could've been originally been used on aliens and is now used for disposing of workers and those associated with the project. "Body? What body? Hehehehe"
22. Good point about the trip mines and the other this is sort of what I was implying with the "Explanation as to why the workers aren't there"
23. Which raises the question, why there? How would they know Freeman or ANYBODY would be there? In fact, how did THEY get there? And it obviously wasn't a structural weakpoint that would cause the building to collapse.
