He may have used Black Mesa from the start if had been released. Or if it will ever be released.

Also, a lot of the HD packs (ones I've seen/used anyway) make some things HD, but not everything. This just makes these things really stand out in contrast and makes the overall look inconsistent and ugly.

Freeman actually explained why he thinks in a muffled voice when he's underwater, he just did it while he was underwater so that you can't understand him.

I was also making a joke, as someone who did not understand binary would read 10 as ten, therefore those not understanding would be the "other 8" I believe my joke fell into the "If you have to explain it, it's not good" category.
