Lies. Did you know that the current "commercial" nuclear reactors can be compared to VHS in that they are not popular because of their safety/qualities but because of popularity?

Fortunately it is a secret you don't know the details of.

Cake. Neptune or Pluto?

Gravity Gun. Old Disney or modern Disney?

I have fond memories with N64 which my friend and I used to play against his brother's will (Golden Eye 64 and Mario 64.). PS1 was lots of fun when visiting my uncles. Spiderman, GTA 2, Crash Bandikot 2... My dad had one console that I honestly don't remember the exact name of. Something Sega I think. We had a street fighter game (2D semi-sidescroller where you fight in all sorts of locations, like inside a bar.), bike racing game, I think a Robocop game, some Mortal Kombat variant, etc. A total of 6 or so. That street fighter game and MK were my favourites. I tried to dig up the correct name by using ROM sites for shaking my memory but I can't find anything that rings a bell. It really nags my mind sometimes. I'd love to be able to revisit those games through an emulator.

I'd be much more interested in seeing Hairless Pothead, starring Kevin Eubanks.

True, but you won't get a refund. . .

UN stands for UnNecessary as everyone knows. You can't spell unnecessary without the UN. Sorry folks but I have to continue with the monologue, I can do these jokes all night. Warm welcomes to S-Sudan into the planet's complex web of artificial lines drawn on the surface.

Agreed. And to add to that: a lot more durable, especially when reads are concerned. While HDDs are rated on spinups and spindowns SSDs are rated on number of reads and writes (On a per-cell basis.). These drives are a lot more reliable due to their non-mechanical nature and their tolerance for sudden environmental changes but durability can be debated. If you put an OS on a SSD, which most people do I guess, there will be almost constant reading and a lot of writing. I expect that the future with SSDs is improving the cell design itself as well as further developing the dynamic data distribution scheduling (Or whatever the hell that internal optimization is called.).

I envy you guys for being able to buy from NewEgg.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ww-nwPqtQVs As if the HD remakes did not make it obvious before, Serious Sam really has the best marketing there is in gaming.

Without blood everywhere and monsters attacking you the background story wouldn't make any sense. Does every single detail in a horror game have to contribute to the horror element? No, it doesn't. Dead Space doesn't seem to be even trying to be scary or creepy in the first place, to me at least it has more shock value. The creatures are particularly gross, even more so in the sequel. What I like in scary games are segments where nothing happens for a while. Like the first Delta Labs level in Doom 3 or the Cradle in Thief 3. After a while I get so tense that every little sound creeps the hell out of me, and when something does finally jump at me out of nowhere there is only a 50/50 chance my keyboard survives.

Iceland is also possibly going to join the EU. I hope the national vote will turn it down.

That game you hate that everyone else loves.

There is definitely a Mario 2 game on the Gameboy, I played it religiously years ago. Though if it is called exactly "Super Mario Bros" I don't remember. -
What I was implying is obvious. Ross took ages to put up a link to this episode. What organization is notorious around these parts for being a slowpoke? BTG getting it is less surprising than the rest not getting it. Now I have the episode on my hard drive. Case closed.

Sound is a part of feeling something, we even have a special sensory for it.

"Remains"? Please do not tell me you think the wet farts the shotguns in FEAR 2 make sound good to you. FEAR's sounds are not perfect either but they are infinity and a half better than FEAR 2's. I reserve judgement on FEAR 3's sounds until I buy and play the game, which may happen soon considering this game is essentially the game equivalent of a straight-to-DVD film.

I meant Machinima as one collective whole. It is run by people is it not? But that little joke of mine flew way over your heads anyway so never mind.
-
Not to start any rumours here but has anyone ever seen Ross and Machinima in the same room at the same time?

Yu-Gi-Oh. The original series. Bill Maher or Bill O'Reilly? (More like O'Rly, heh heh.)

If you guys want some lulz, read the whole Bulletstorm vs. Fox News article series on Rock Paper Shotgun.

Mario. Always on My Mind: Original Elvis version or Pet Shop Boys version?

EA's new download service. A bad joke compared to Steam. Spelling. Text smileys or graphical smileys?
-
Original. With cracks on top. Dark background bright text or bright background dark text?

Are you going to eat cookies and cry in there?
