meh... i really don't care bout rep, it's just what people think of me, and i don't give a shite about it.

i saw this in the Ponyville.net forums yesterday... i lol'd

my steam decided to lose connection exactly when i was about to join a Line Battle...

i just realized one thing, we are fighting for a worthless hill. when my men and i respawned, we went to a pub and got drunk. there, an old man told us that there was a cave 10 meters away from the hill, that contained a hidden treasure. hours later we left and got ready to march uphill again. however, we had a better idea. "Bugger it" said one of my lieutenants "bugger that hill. the treasure is better" we all agreed and walked in the cave. there, we found a huge chamber, full of statues and a big door, that could only be opened with a special key. however, i thought of a better idea, we left the cave and came back 2 hours later with 100 gunpowder kegs. we then blew up the door and retrieved a treasure worth a billion shillings, which was used to purchase lots of wine. we got drunk and spent the rest of our lives living the dream, being rich and not giving a damn about the hill.

right now i'm in stage 5, simple because, despite i really want it to come out, i understand Valve's more busy making TF2 hats and DotA 2. besides, i have BG2 and WW1

closing WW1 source after 30 minutes of playing a 1v1 in a huge, open no man's land map.

you want a suggestion? well, i actually find pretty annoying having to check subforum by subforum for each updated thread... why can't we just have a button that says "view newest content", and automatically displays all updated threads in the last 12 hours or so, that way we can read everything in a matter of minutes. -stole the idea from the BattleGrounds 2 developer forums

i think the recipe for a successful machinima is a combination of Garry's mod with good posing and HAT tool skills, combined with the right addons, camera tools, face and finger poser, editing skills and use of NPCs. that and the use of the original game when special effects and/or scenes are not required. for instance, if i wanted to record a Day of Defeat battle, i would mostly use the game itself, and GMOD only for things like, say, tanks, special artillery effects, special ragdoll posing or animating, nuking Hiroshima and Nagasaki, etc.

however, when Psychotic Ninja ran uphill, he forgot about the ditch with wooden stakes. he fell into it and got stabbed in the crundle. as my company and i respawned, we marched uphill, took his almost dead body and stabbed it mercilessly. then we rebuilt the mud fort.

suddenly, my men come with a small 6 pounder cannon and aim it to the ship's life support. the ball was so small that the shields disregarded it as a threat, and allowed it to crash into the ship. with the life support down, the ship is forced to retreat over the hills and far away. me and my company march again over Breed's Hill, set up again the flag stand with the banner and dig another mud-based fort.

i remember a very strange dream i had when i was 5... basically my dad burnt the house with fireworks. he launched the thing and went straight into a tree, blowing up and lighting it, then it fell on the house and burnt it down. it was a good memory.

i was quite young when the show was around, so i can't remember much...
