  1. I am kvlt! bR23RJaDGBc
  2. I am so late for replying... Yeah. While you are correct. It still runs every game I throw at it (Seriously, even ARMA 3). The only problem I faced was that the whole system is confined to 8GB of RAM Max on DDR3 since it's Hybrid DDR2/DDR3 on the motherboard (not together that is, that would be impossible). The other thing is that it doesn't support single sided DDR3 RAM. I haven't got any newer titles, but I would have to upgrade if I were to get Dishonored 2
  3. CPU: Intel Xeon X5450 Quad Core (LGA 771 to 775 mod) GPU: Asus Geforce GTX 760 PSU: Corsair CX750W RAM: 8GB DDR3 OS: Windows 7 Ultimate (64bit) Monitor: BenQ V2400W (1920x1200) Motherboard: Asus P5G41C-M LX Keyboard: Logitech G810 (Breathing mode with red, I am a sith lord) Mouse: Logitech G400S (3600 DPI, switched to 800DPI Gaming) Controller: Logitech F310 Headphones/Speakers: Sennheiser HD 202 / Focusrite Scarlett Solo --> Line6 Spider IV HDD1: WD 80GB HDD2: Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 2TB HDD3: Hitachi 5400RPM 750GB HDD4: Hitachi 7200RPM 320GB
  4. What did you do with the real BTGBullseye Anyway... My Asus R9 270 died (Don't go with a GPU that has Elpida VRAM and no direct cooling on the VRAM). On top of that my motherboard started playing up so I thought I'd rebuild my system. http://www.steamcommunity.com/id/shredderman962 I would like to up the RAM by 4GB (Maximum of 8GB DDR3 @1333MHz). The point of the rebuild was to make something cheap and make it last before I do a full upgrade. You maybe thinking this system won't be able to handle much, but you'd be surprised. With games like ARMA 3 I only need to turn down the resolution because of the limitation of the 1GB of VRAM in my current cheap GPU. You can't go wrong with a system rebuild that only costs $107 USD (used parts are even more expensive here).
  5. I don't know why, but I like this song... e7_nnt6F3YY
  6. I've been playing the Overwatch Open Beta. So I haven't bought it yet, but the game is amazing. It's like someone got TF2, the class style from LoL or Dota and then slapped them into one. Not really how you would imagine it though. But in that play style I guess.. Other than that I've been playing Jalopy. It's quite frustrating at the moment.
  7. Reminds me of this video: Now I want to play my modded version of System Shock 2 again.
  8. Day One Garry's Incident KjTa_x3rbJE The absolute worst. KILL ME NOW!
  9. BeamNG Drive 11Zju8kXtUk
  10. Am I really the only one here that enjoys Splinter Cell??? Alright here's what I recommend: Splinter Cell (nothing beats the original) Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory (This one has to be one of my favorites) Splinter Cell: Conviction (Completely different in terms of mechanics, but I'm enjoying it so far) Splinter Cell: Double Agent is full of bugs so I wouldn't recommend it (Saving the game crashes) and I haven't tried Blacklist.
  11. The only games I remember playing on DirectX 10 was Crysis and Far Cry 2. Other than that, there wasn't many games that used DirectX 10. You can however still use it as a legacy option in some games... I don't even know why. Some people must still be dumb enough to run Vista maybe??? I don't know. I remember when Microsoft also used weird marketing strategies, like when Halo 2 came out for the PC: They said you needed Vista to play it, even though it was a DirectX 9 game.
  12. In the games defence, you could get the same treatment anywhere on the internet... :3 It's actually a good game, I haven't actually seen any "twelvies" about, but still they are present. The servers I go on are modded and allow easy mining of resources etc. This makes for the perfect server for raiding and taking down helicopters. I have to say though, with as much negative attention it's been getting (Due to half the Facepunch forums not accepting change and being judgmental as hell) it's actually getting better and better with each update. Although they had problems with performance with current updates, Garry can confirm that it's not as simple as flicking a switch.
  13. Here in New Zealand they seem to be advertising Samsung Gear VR as a "mainstream appeal". It's probably in the grey area since it is mobile devices I'm talking about, but at least it's something.
  14. I got... Rust. I asked on Facepunch whether or not I'll get cancer from 12 year olds with shotguns, yelling into their microphones while they shoot at me... They said yes.
  15. There's been some "news" recently that Pascal is currently problematic (Not that I trust news like this with my life): http://wccftech.com/nvidia-pascal-trouble/ I still don't know if they're going to implement HBM like they said they were, or should I say 3D VRAM. Some say they're just going to use GDDR5. It's certainly going to be a game changer once games start using DirectX 12, that is WHEN they're going to use it... We're already at the point where graphics cards have DirectX 12 feature sets but just can't use them. It's like having a big block Chevy V8 with a Blower on top but no supercharger... Well that's more of an analogy you'd use for a lack of overclocking ability, but you get the idea. It's something that's missing from the equation. Then you have this crap: http://www.droid-life.com/2016/01/12/report-htc-vive-cost/ The news just sours the milk in my cereal at this point. I feel jaded knowing that everything we want in this world that could potentially give us a nice enjoyable and enthusiastic experience gets rained on by news... And lack of horsepower to gallop.
  16. This sucks man, your birthday is on the same day Lemmy died I'm sorry I brought this news up but fuck man.... Fuck.
  17. You can use Autopsy or Paladin (Paladin is an Ubuntu based Data Recovery OS). http://www.sleuthkit.org/autopsy/ http://www.sumuri.com/products/paladin/ I'm currently in an IT course that focuses on data recovery, networking, servers and scripting (oh god not scripting...). The last resort is something called a DeepSpar. As for the physical side of things I'm still hard pressed on live disks as I still need practice (crashed heads, scratching platters etc). We have to make DIY head protectors made from pill packets... So yeah, really headache inducing stuff. To do this yourself would be very gut wrenching to say the least.
  18. I hope it has an IBM Model M to complete the experience
  19. There's some few subtle differences in my setup. CPU: AMD FX 6300 @4.5GHz GPU: Asus Radeon R9 270 (1080MHz Core, 1500MHz Mem) PSU: Corsair CX750W RAM: 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz Monitor: BenQ V2400W (1920x1200) Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2 Keyboard: 1989 IBM Model M Mouse: Logitech G400S Headset: Logitech G35 "7.1" (virtual surround) Audio Headset HDD1: Kingston V300 128GB SSD HDD2: Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 2TB HDD3: Hitachi 5400RPM 750GB HDD4: Hitachi 7200RPM 320GB I love my new motherboard and I hope to get another R9 270 so I can have the full crossfire experience (with issues in mind and what have you). With the added VRM heatsink and a new case to suit with now a proper 120mm fan instead of NO fan, I'm having a good time overclocking. More than that... Unless you're thinking of 4K.
  20. Let us Live long and Prosper as Leonard Nimoy has in his days. Let us rejoice in the glorious Spock days of the past as well as what other things Leonard has done after in the future as an artist. He is an inspiration to us all, he is a really awesome guy.
  21. I like how there's two endings. That means there's a high chance you could either leave the series as it is, or continue with it. Maybe.
  22. 1000W Bronze PSU??? Good luck with that.
  23. -snip- (updated in future post)
  24. I've been playing some Sniper Elite V2 (Or Snipe people in the balls simulator 2012). I've only got 2 in the balls and only 1 time it was two of them. I've tried, trust me.
  25. I knew this would happen, the drugs thing was predicted. I expect great things from Freeman being has high as he is now. Great things...
