I bought Iratus: Lord of the Dead recently. I'm basically waiting for it to be a full and balanced game, but it is fun to play in the mean time.

I don't know if Tyrian counts as pixel art, but I've always loved how some of the ships look in that game.

Ever and more

That trailer only leaves with one thought. Also, hello again.

Eh shove your "sound reasons" in your corn hole

haven't seen you in a while Kept you waiting, huh? I am about to go to sleep from after staying up for like 30 hours doing that stupid presentation I probably didn't even get a good score on. I hate having to take a stance... What am I fighting for!?

Procrastinating writing a 'webinar' that is due to be presented in 6 hours. Decided to come back here for some reason. Nice to see so many familiar faces still around.

What was the version you we're playing, Ross? The freeware version is much much easier. I accepted your challenge and started a warrior and played a little bit past the first major problem you encountered. Namely, the Vred Solidus that was able to one-shot you. It only took me like 10-15 hits to kill it. You can kite pretty effectively even in melee fights so it was a pretty non-threatening fight. Even when I did get hit, it only took off like 1/5 of my life. In my opinion, ranged weapons suck. They have much lower damage than melee weapons to offset how safe they are. Also, putting points into vitality and having armor is important. Your Helpers are pretty good too, just try to protect them. Still the game is pretty bad and the combat is repetitive, but not unplayably bad so far. 6.5/10

There's something romantic about going with your girlfriend to visit her father's grave. Not romantic in like a relationships way. More like in an Edgar Allan Poe romantic way. Not like the Edgar Allan Poe romantic way of marrying your 13 year old cousin. More like romantic in an American Renaissance sort of way. Jeez, really should have thought about that more than not at all.

I have that same bible, oddly enough. It's probably not that odd. These things are cheap to make, they look nice and are very easy to hand out to college student as they walk to class. That's how I got mine. I'm just glad that someone is trying to promote my religion, cause Lord knows I've never tried to convince anyone.

How do you feel about frozen pizzas? I can usually get like 4 for 10 or 12 USD here in Wisconsin. Course, I have no idea what supermarkets stock in Australia. Fosters and didgeridoos? ... No, that's dumb.

God, what's wrong with me. Why do I do this to myself. Why is it that when I hear, "X is due on this day." I think, "I have X days until I need to start it."

At least you didn't forget your semicolons.

This is the reason that this forum shall never fall. Behind every blade of grass hides a user who can moderate oneself.

Got to imagine the looks that guy would get bringing a pool cue with him to a mini golf course. I bet he would've had to smuggle it in.
-
Is that even a pool stick? Might just be a putter. Not really anyway to tell. ... Yeah, no. That is definitely a putter. You can see his right hand is gripped around the head.

Also, I watched both Equestria Girls as well as Rainbow Rocks. I was pleased with both of them as I went in with relatively low expectations. Equestria Girls was sort of hard for me to watch as a lot of its humor stems from "Let's watch as a person stumbles around in a culture they know nothing about." Frankly, I'm not a fan of that. I didn't like Rainbow Rocks as much because it features too much music. As much as I am a fan of Daniel Ingram's work, it can get to be a bit much when all the songs are geared towards kids.

I read a paper some years back by some psychology professor where he proposed a theory that there is a biological imperative making it very difficult for men to refuse a woman's advances but not the other way round. I have to say, I find it easy to believe it's true... Regards That's going into the Natural Selection type of psychology. In which, men are most interested in being biologically successful i.e. spreading their seed, and women are more interested in nurturing. Of course, that doesn't necessarily apply to everyone. Not to mention recently monogamous relationships have become much more present than they once were. Society kind of defeats natural selection by allowing weak individuals to live on and reproduce. Of course the really dumb ones die out anyway, but...

I really need a picture of Gabe Newell powerbombing Sonic over the top rope.

Well, at least you don't have anorexia. What a terrible disorder. It must be awful to not be able to see the world clearly, let alone yourself.

God, speaking of being a 10 year old. I went back and looked at some of my first posts on this forum. Wow, I was a child when I was 14. I acted like someone who had just discovered what a meme was and was determined to use them in every sentence. Embarrassing really. I'm glad that I've matured a little bit since then. ... I think.

A picture I took of myself to test out my new phone's camera.

I like the idea of someone asking for tips and then someone else just posting a link to TVtropes.

Just got back from a relaxing day of subnetting practice
