Well... since Half-Life 3 is the third game... Technically speaking, isn't it the fourth game in the Half-Life franchise?

I've heard that Doom 3 was kind of like marmite. You either loved it or hated it. I loved it, I really liked the atmosphere it created, and the story was there in the optional form of audio diaries and emails from collected PDAs, and video information discs.

I didn't watch the entire video...but as it is, my mind may never fully recover...

I played the shareware verison of the original Doom on an old Windows 95 PC at home years and years ago when I was little. It was quite fun. I also own Doom 3 (and its expansion). I enjoyed both, but Doom 3 was better than its expansion.

You forgot the 'Both' option in your poll, Alyxx! I honestly cannot choose between the two. Half-Life 2 has better graphics and even more development on the storyline, but Half-Life holds the really good memories for me...

Wow, that's terrible! Is there no spawn protection/protected area for spawning at all? No, and as far as i remember there never has been anything like that in any COD(unless if you count painkiller in MW2). But what really the problem is that they continuously spawn in the same spot instead of spawning on other side of the map. Well that's partly down to map design isn't it? Teams are going to be advancing from/attacking and defending particular positions.

I remember seeing this before. Source games are useful for people with performance issues, because there's loads of extra stuff that can be changed via console commands. That video however....that's not low graphical settings, that's DECIMATED graphical settings. I mean, the textures on the walls aren't just low resolution, they're tiled really oddly too. Then there's the weird colours everywhere, and it's not the lighting as the game seems like its being played on some sort of fullbright mode.

Yeah, I won't spoil my Portal 2 gameplay by viewing some potentially spoiling articles Btw just a hard guess, but I think Portal 2 may reference some themes that will hint the story or the setting of HL ep 3. I hope it does Well actually I probably shouldn't call it a leak, as I think they were properly released rather than leaked, but they may be subject to change. I only read about them in passing on some gaming news site before thinking 'no, I'm not going to spoil this' and closed the browser tab.

Is there actually a size limit restriction for how big images can be in signatures? I know there's a character limit, but there doesn't seem to be an image size limit... Only I've seen the odd signature on this forum with rather large images in them.

Yeah I agree there's about 50000 commentators, the only one I like is HDstarcraft (not on machinima) but that's because he doesn't actually commentate his own games but commentates others and does it like how they do sports. (btw it's starcraft 2) All the CoD ones talk about their personal lives or complain about an over powered weapon. what about huskystarcraft? im subscribed to both of them actually btw i never liked cod commentaries. starcraft 2 commentaries gives you more infos and strategies. I like Huskystarcraft's commentaries. However, I'm not really sure that a commentary is a Machinima is it? Machinima's fiction and whatnot, right?

A Metro 2033 film done correctly would be brilliant...ah well, I can dream.

I don't really have a top 10 list right now, I'd have to think a bit on that one, but I can say that Super Meat Boy has some excellent music. I also at the request of a friend played some of the original Sonic games (Sonic 1 and 2) for that old Sega console whatever it was, on an emulator on my PC. The music for Sonic 2 in particular I enjoyed.

Heh, I watched a few of these videos quite a while back. I have a friend who kept getting really creeped out by Slenderman. I simply found it a little difficult to keep track of the storyline, but that's understandable, as these videos I believe are intended as clues for people to piece together the story. I think that's how it works anyway.
