  1. Reactor 1 seems to be fine, but apparently another reactor is overheating and radiation levels are rising. Apparently they have been pumping sea water through it in an attempt to cool it down. The exclusion zone has been widened to 20km, and people are still being evacuated. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-pacific-12724953
  2. I don't think 'rewards' based on how many posts you have are a good thing because it encourages spam.
  3. Currently 21.
  4. When you run the SDK, click 'Refresh SDK content', and also 'Reset Game Configurations'. I think either of the two should fix it, although it may take only the latter one.
  5. I remember playing one called Suicide Survival which was hilarious. It was a case of plant pots versus gardeners, in a massive garden area filled with many normal plant pots...and the player-plants can explode.
  6. Waiting a few days might not be a viable option for someone trying to cash in on a deal that will only last the weekend.
  7. I'm not sure if this will make a difference, but are you trying to order it through your browser logged in to Steampowered.com, or are you trying to order it through Steam itself?
  8. I've seen War of the Servers and enjoyed that. I've also watched and enjoyed Red vs Blue, and of course Freeman's Mind and Civil Protection. Those are the only ones I can properly remember right now.
  9. And the full post from Kotaku: http://kotaku.com/#!5781121/valve-plans-to-bridge-portal-and-portal-2-with-a-surprise-keep-gordon-freeman-out-of-it Interesting stuff I must say.
  10. Patience is a virtue.
  11. Indeed, Alyxx has surpassed Ross Scott's initially high post count. With regards to the latest problem in Japan (the nuclear reactor), lets hope we don't have another Chernobyl on our hands...or worse.
  12. And the latest content release, the Shogun Pack, to tie in with the release of that new Total War game. http://www.teamfortress.com/shogunpack/ Four new hats and four new weapons, which you get if you buy Shogun2 Total War. And for those confused by the large amount of stuff in Team Fortress 2, this may help: http://wiki.teamfortress.com
  13. Verify you've entered your details correctly, and double check you have sufficient funds in your bank account. Sometimes Steam's servers can become a little strained (I've had that 'error initializing or updating your transaction' problem in the past when there has been a popular deal on at the time). I'd recommend simply trying to purchase every half-hour until it works.
  14. Then what would you rather have? No idea, they both seem to be quite similar to me.
  15. When you were running two operating systems, did you happen to use any particular one more than the other?
  16. The topic please people. And I think that if people are allowed to set their own custom titles at all, it should only be after they have say, a certain amount of reputation etc. A reward for being a good citizen as it were.
  17. I have never had either one.
  18. It really does depend on the game. Story is important in the games that require a storyline, but sometimes the type of game may mean that the story doesn't have to matter so much, like in a racing game such as Dirt 2 for example, or a primarilly multiplayer game, or some sort of management/strategy game such as Civilization V, where you start from the beginning and kind of create your own story as you play.
  19. Maybe they're just waiting till The Tunnel is out... I don't see why, Civil Protection and the Black Mesa mod don't have anything to do with each other as far as I know.
  20. Yeah, this is quite off-topic, back on to the topic please, people.
  21. Odd. I assume you know what you're doing? Interestingly it's not uploading to anyone from me, which is strange. It downloaded fine though. EDIT: The up arrow for seeding next to the torrent name for Utorrent has turned red. According to the Utorrent FAQ, this means that the tracker is offline or overloaded, or something like that. This doesn't sound like a good thing but I am not entirely sure of what the implications are for this.
  22. I am seeding this now for those who want it.
  23. Who knows, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
  24. But what about my kids? Acceptable losses given the circumstances. There is only one way to deal with potential troll infestation: Extermination.
  25. I think it's in the Japanese culture to be afraid of disasters. Atom bombs, quakes, and giant lizards. They certainly have a plenty long list of worries, don't they? You probably would too if you lived on a fault line.
