JC, the site your image is hosted on doesn't support being embedded in other pages with IMG tags. Hold CTRL and hit F5 on this page to force it to re-download all page elements to see what I mean.

Is this on a map you made? How are you spawning the models (ie using a method other than the Garry's Mod spawn menu)?

No no, that's entirely pointless. If he locates the broken skins he simply needs to delete them outright so it uses the defaults. On a related note I'm not even sure GCF Scape allows you to edit GCF files, only read from them.

VMF is a Valve map file used by Hammer for mapping in the source engine. I don't know much about texturing, but I'm sure this is the sort of stuff you do in the VMT and not the VMF? If it is VMT, this might help: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Material

No no, you don't replace the stuff in the GCF files! And uninstalling the game should remove the GCF files entirely anyway.

I saw that on Kotaku a day or so ago along with some other pixel-art for other games. It is pretty neat, although part of me thinks it aught to be a little darker on colour to reflect the dim indoor lighting... On a Bioshock-related note, I recently finished Bioshock 2.
