I do have a tablet somewhere, but I would be scared to use it amongst people who can actually draw, like you. :3

For some reason my mouse seemed to have issues writing on the lower part of the screen. And my writing was horrifically bad with just my mouse.

The problem with crushing issues with patches like the ones I've experienced in Battlefield 3 is that I believe I am in the minority of users with these issues. I doubt I'll ever see them properly fixed.

I was able to type lines of Still Alive and Now I Only Want You Gone in to it and have it say every other line. Singing together, as it were. However, Cleverbot has been brutalised somewhat by people typing nonsense in to it.

Deus Ex Movie! OMG! "CBS Films to adapt 'Deus Ex' videogame"
Lord Sinister replied to HLPrincess's topic in Gaming in general
I wonder if this is at all related to those rehearsals of Deus Ex: Human Revolution style action scenes I saw ages back... Just did some searching and found this: http://www.pcgamer.com/2012/01/19/deus-ex-human-revolution-video-goes-behind-the-scenes-on-live-action-film/ The Youtube video description says it's for a 'short film'. I can't say I'm knowledgeable but it looked fairly professional like it had some sort of impressive budget behind it, which the PC Gamer article also mentions being a possibility. In addition I do not recall seeing this alleged short film ever surface. It could be related to the article in the OP. -
Then again, as Ross just posted in the other thread, it's no longer dead, so I'll merge them both. ;P In addition as it's really for the creation of Machinima, it should probably be in the Machinima section anyway.

To make an additional point on my sound issue, it's not actually all sounds getting stopped as I previously thought; it actually appears that the Pyro's flamethrower sound doesn't seem to loop properly. I made a video of the issue:

A fair point, I think leaving the threads as they are would be fine.

Waiting for a phone-interview. They should have called me over half-an-hour ago.

But it's a got a great discount of 50% off on all the DLC meaning that it only costs £645.86! Quite the bargain! Also: http://store.steampowered.com/app/65235/

You and me both. Bf3 felt too mediocre for me. Oh no, it wasn't about it being mediocre or anything, I simply had no end of input issues. Negative mouse acceleration despite raw input being selected, interference between mouse and keyboard as though they were wireless (except that they're wired devices), letting me bind joystick buttons but not registering their use during actual gameplay, some very strange joystick sensitivity issues....

Official links are always good! http://www.battlefield.com/battlefield-4 I'll be quite hesitant about buying this after the issues I have experienced with BF3.

The video could be improved by at least 25% by putting it to this music rather than just plain silence: q-Rqdgna3Yw It does have music... But admittedly the Mexican Hat Dance would be better. Yeah it played silent for me because FL Studio blocked it from making sound when I watched to it earlier, my bad. > And you could put the Mexican hat dance stuff in the middle where it is silent. :3

Right, this is something that's been bothering me somewhat, so I thought I'd post about it here. I am not really knowledgeable on economic matters, but I am aware of the figures that get touted around often quote figures in the billions or trillions of pounds/dollars/euros (eg http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-16698293, http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-13416475). From my humble citizen's perspective, these are insane figures. But the real question that I want answered (if possible) is....who is owed all this money? Have governments always been in debt since they were created or is this debt system a more recent phenomenon? By recent I mean World War 2 onwards. Is it owed to different nations? And do they in turn owe money back? Is it all cyclic or whatever the correct economic terminology is? Is it owed to thousands or millions of individual people and/or businesses? Where is this money going? Surely debt doesn't just magically appear? Someone must be owed this money. :\

Best Half life 1 shot in the world

I was joking, I hoped the tongue-emoticon would imply that successfully. -
For those of you who have used the Source Filmmaker, have any of you experienced a weird sound-cut-out issue? From looking at the console, it says 'Stopping all sounds' when playing recordings, and viewing recordings in-game. It also affects the final render. I'm finding this somewhat frustrating and have found no solutions to my problem.

Staged? No of course not, I call hacks instead! More seriously, what was the music you used in the video?
