You do realize that is a Runescape botting forum? And if there is anything i have learned playing Runescape for 5years is that the community is about as immature as the Call Of Duty community(that is not to say everyone who plays either CoD or RS is immature, just the majority). The main posters are also staff members, one with a Guy Fawkes mask for an avatar and another which appears to be a .gif of preparing drugs. It's a very small forum as well. Not good overall. It's kind of what's to be expected.

He specifically says here splitting anti matter from matter, and all I can say is that it's impossible unless you split it right after contact which would probably give a really weird and strong effect.... :/ Anti-matter and matter don't "fuse" when they annihilate each other so you can't really split something that doesn't exist. That aside he says quite clearly that he was referring to splitting an anti-matter atom.
