Firstly, Strange Frontier Justice is listed at ~2 reclaimed name tag is 1-2 reclaimed. So you got the good deal. Secondly, if you don't care about the cosmetic features why get a strange weapon? I'd still rather have the current sticky jumper than the original sticky jumper.

I got a few kills with the Rocket Jumper + Mantreads + Market Gardener loadout. Most of them were just lucky kills or spies though. I only got about 2 kills in the way I was hoping for, both critical Market Gardener kills. Despite what would be an otherwise discouraging experience, the difficulty level makes a single kill feel like 10. Overall fun and I'm getting better at rocket jumping.
