From someone with experience in this sort of thing. Don't dramatize it. One of the only things worse than being ignored is everyone hearing you and no one caring. People aren't going to care that you watch My Little Pony any more than they would if you said you watched Care Bears. They aren't going to ask why, they're going to assume your reasons for watching have to do with your sexual orientation or someone dropping you when you were born. That's not to say you should deny it or never tell anyone if you were having a legitimate discussion with them, preferably related to TV shows/MLP. But don't go around like the town crier expecting people to react like you told them who really killed JFK.

Probably both Steam and ingame. Voice chat just about the forums will likely be with Steam. Stuff about the game itself will probably use TF2. It's not super important and there'll likely be some switching in between both. That would be great. A lot of people on the forum have yet to use their mics and it can be a lot easier to communicate in game with just voice.

Awakening from his enforced stupor, ABY saw Nagisa claiming the hill. Rather than completely annihilate her, he took a laptop from his pack and threw it at the foot of the hill. Seeing this, Nagisa desperately sprinted at it and began coding. Not bothering to glance at ABY's forces securing my hill.

Not necessarily neglect, but I just try not to think about Half Life 3. Same thing with Black Mesa. There's no point thinking about it because it's not going to come out. Not in our lifetime at least.

Oxygen is fine, but if Xen's atmosphere is primariy Radon instead of Nitrogen, then you have a problem. I do wonder though; why did the other expedition team scientists in hazard suits wear helmets if Freeman can breath it fine? Maybe for protection against the creatures of Xen, but every single one of them?
