It's a DVR with an integrated PS2. It was only released in Japan though.

PSX is an acronym for the first PlayStation, also named "PSOne" or "PS1". The X is there to signify there is no 2 or 3.

Well, I was half joking. PSX in this thread is slang for PS1, or the original Playstation console. But the DVR/PS2 combo I referenced above DID exist in Japan, called the PSX.
