What do you call this?

Different people from different regions have different names for things. So I was wondering, what do you personally call this?:

I'd call it "dupna kanapka" which means something like "big as ass sandwitch" or something...

If I was saying that, people would be quick to label me as insane, so I would rather say that we call it that just because it looks like that and we're a seafaring people.

The extremely Southern term for "sandwich" is "Po-Boy," which I believe is more of a Louisianan thing.
