Star Fox

Anyone ever play the star fox games? I've heard that there are easter eggs in it but I cant seem to find them. So, does anyone know how to find them or any thoughts on the game in general?

I've played the first one on SNES maybe a hundred million times and I know pretty much every secret and easter egg there is about it. I have also played the unreleased StarFox 2 a lot.

I've played the original SNES version, Starfox 2 (the unreleased 3D version for the SNES), and Starfox 64. (which is directly based off of Starfox 2)

Which game are you looking for easter eggs in?

Well, I heard people say that there are eggs in all of them, except Star Fox 2, so I would like to know all of em for all the games, but especially the original.

I've played Starfox 64 on an emulator but I couldn't figure out the controls so I just started playing Perfect Dark instead, looked promising though

In Star Fox there's a level called Black Hole which takes a bit of skill to get to. It is shown outside the normal courses on the map screen. The level acts as a shortcut and depending on which exit you take brings you to certain levels on each course, one taking you directly to Venom, bypassing Space Armada and Meteor completely. There's also a secret level not listed anywhere on the map which supposedly takes place in another dimension.

I'm a big fan of the series... I never finished the SNES version, played SF 64 on an emulator with a gamepad and back when I had a gamecube ayed about half of SF : Adventures then I bought Star Fox Assault... Awesome game. Never played the Nintendo DS one...

Star fox is known for it's easter eggs, the secret levels etc... For example, there's a different ending (the canon one) that can only be reached by completing the hard route which includes a (and the single level in the whole series) level where you use the Aqua blue (I think that's it's name. ). A submarine which fires bombs, it's Star Fox'smost powerful vehicle.

I've been waiting for years for a Wii release. Nintendo's launching a SF 64 remake for the 3DS later this year.
