Optical Illusions

Today I made a neat GIF of an optical illusion I thought of. It's basically a 3D animated magic eye image. The GIF itself appears to be a repeating grid of moving gears, but when you cross your eyes and match up the two white crosses, you see the gears in 3D.

I tripped out on the OP's image. I didn't know what to expect crossing my eyes like that until everything came into focus.

Of course, I've never had such an intense eye strain such as that either. Now I'm having trouble keeping everything else in focus. T_T

Close, but the resolution is forcing the picture to have slightly different hues.

I did not use anything except my own eyes, and my laptop for these.
