MLP, Bronies, furrys. Me no understand

I don't understand this stuff some one pleas explain I'm so confused I hear about them in school but have no idea what they really are

But Bronies are people who are avid fans of the show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. "Bronyism" in of itself is a meme due to the immense popularity of the show.

My Little Pony is a franchise of toys and other associated properties by the toy company Hasbro.

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is a television show produced in Canada and United States set in that franchise.

Bronies are self-proclaimed fans of said television show. This title has many generalizations, commonalities and associations made and complimented by it, for better or worse.

Furries are participants, or those intrigued by, the portrayal of anthromorphic animals. (Which is to say, they are animals portrayed as partly or largely human, or with human traits). For more on this, I'm sure other users can fill you in, such as Alyxx, one of our moderators.

One thing though: what i see so much is the confusion that Bronies or furries are people that are sexually attracted to ponies/animals. While there are those kind people in the Brony community and probably the furry community(not a furry myself)(which btw i am totally fine if you are, i don't judge people on their sexual interests), that is not what it is about. Bronies simply enjoy the show/community and i think the same is for furries.

it's not precisely "think they are", as to more identify with them. i'm not a furry(well, i'm a Inuyasha fan, don't know if he's a furry :/) so i'm not really sure...

As for my choosing the other option, there's a small group of Midna fans, Probably less than 1 Million over the Internet. (No, this doesn't count as a furry)

There's a difference between watching and enjoying a show, and masturbating to animal porn.

Being a furry is not the same as having a fetish for them. Yes some members of the community do have fetishes and most furry sites offer adult content. Most of it is pretty innocent stuff. As an example of this here's by valentines day present from Lawrence (I don't think it's creepy, it's the best gift I've ever been given):

Furries are exactly like bronies, furries enjoy half human/half animal pictures or people turning into said animals. It's really cool and some of the art is very impressive.

Furries and Bronies are 2 Totally different things.

Bronies are people who enjoy the Television show "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic", and often enjoy fan art, fan videos, fan fiction, etc...

Furries are people who are fans of anthropomorphic animals. Some have their own characters.

My interest has been wading in MLP (like it does in almost all things). Chances are I will get back into it again.

Furry. Like I said, kinda. I enjoy the art and some of the people (not furfags) and am fine with RPing it. But I probably wouldn't step foot at a Furry Convention.
