Issues on "Videos" section

Hey, people, I've noticed something on the "Freeman's Mind Videos" section:

• Episode 16 is missing from the list;
  
• The page for episode 6 is embedding the video for episode 5;
  

They're very minor issues, but I thought it was worth noting.
