Post what your favorite non-conventional bands/music is. By that I mean things you don't find in the media or radio. Anything underground or with a small following.

For me, has to be a dutch electronica group known as NOISIA. I only put this here because I don't actually know anyone else who's even heard of them XD

Um... All the bands I like either are pretty big, are old ones that were big, or are the bands that are at my old church...

Apoptygma Berzerk are pretty big in Germany but here I don't hear them on the radio at all and they only have a small following here.

PDQ Bach.

Also, when I was in Grad School there was this band with three vocalists, two French horn players, a guitarist and a girl who played spoons. It was called "Only Us." They made no albums and released no singles. And they broke up after 5 days. They were so underground that not even Hipster Cat has heard of them.

Wow.... I even googled that and none of the results are relevant.

Is Glitch Mob popular? Oh well... Glitch Mob.

That is all I have to say.

I don't personally listen to them but they are great.

Noisia has been gaining in popularity lately.

Anyway, mine would probably be Dr. Who Dat
yes, but I wouldn't necessarily call it conventional, and I won't go as far as to say they're "well known" either. Slowly gaining, but not yet there.

Mayhem

Some of the song titles are tributes to video games.

Video:

EDIT: Moar videos;

I think that last video is supposed to be a tribute to Galaxy Gulp.
