Got a one-of-a-kind release! Despite having a VGMDB listing as a promotional soundtrack, this is actually just a CD that Jeff Tymoschuk burned for family and friends as Christmas presents. He was kind enough to send me the original audio files upon request (AIFF lossless), which I converted to FLAC via foobar.
