Thanks Devin, this more or less answers my question. I'm not exactly sure of the etiquette, should I delete my previous post?

I've been trying to come up with a really good question for the past few hours, but I've got nothing. Maybe I know everything I need too.

Has Ross ever mentioned his research methods? I could see that being valuable info.
