Frankly, I think it's much better than meet the spy. That is not to say that meet the spy was bad, but this was AWESOME! It also showed the origen of the ubercharge.

The Administrator has a very identifiable silhouette cast by her hair and figure.

It's more likely that it's Miss Pauling. Or perhaps the mysterious rumored and legendary tenth class.
