Ross is no dictator. The Accursed Forums are democratic, egalitarian, and unbiased (which all mean the same thing. I did this intentionally FYI).

 

He would not ban someone for having his/her own opinion.

You can use it as a spider-network to hide your IP, or to torrent on a provider that blocks torrent traffic.
