Hate is an emotion and as such cannot be weaponized as metals or energy can.

As an emotion it is indeed a chemical reaction within the confines of the brain, but since the amount of energy it takes to produce an emotion vs. any other physical function of the body, such as hugging or yelling or pissing in a jar, it is not an efficient thing to weaponize.
